Dr. Beres is a excellent doctor. She has respect for the individual and always explains any treatment or prescription she is going to try. She is professional and still makes you feel at ease .You don't leave with unanswered questions; unless you don't ask them.
I came here from another state, my doctors there had been years searching for a diagnosis. I had been sick for several years. I became a new patient of Dr. Beres and after lab tests, she knew what was wrong. I'm thankful for everyone at the family practice.

I love my NP I see there she is amazing and aways helpful. I really like Leanna she's a good NP to have.

Dr. Beres was my doctor several years ago, and I still know her. She was an excellent physician for me, and I only changed because my insurance changed.

I called the office this morning to see if they could work me in to test for strept, they told me to come right in. I was seen immediately & told they would call with my results in 30 minutes.. I waited 2 hours & then called the office & no one answered, I left a message with No response. Their hours are posted open till 5, but apparently they closed @ lunch for the day!! No results, No call back & No prescription, guess I should have gone to urgent care ! Hope I don't get worse by morning! Very Irritated @ this point. Am definitely looking for a new family care physician!

I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in Hugh Chatham Family Medicine. The primary issue is their complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to answering phone calls.

Communication is a vital aspect of any medical practice, and it is shocking to see how poorly this office manages it. On multiple occasions, I attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment, discuss a concern, or even inquire about basic information.

It's not just the inconvenience of being unable to get through that bothered me, but also the lack of professionalism and consideration for patients' time and needs. A medical office that fails to answer its phone not only reflects poorly on their customer service but also raises concerns about their overall ability to provide adequate healthcare.

I understand that medical offices can get busy, but there should always be a system in place to address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and frustration, making me question their commitment to patient well-being.

Dr Beras is rude and does not care for her patients fully. She took over my case when Ryan left and has been nothing but rude and condescending. She reported she was something she was not during an appointment that was false and felt like entrapment. It has been a month since my review and I have not been contacted.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Dr. Beres was also very rude and disrespectful as well. They don't get you in at the appointment time that you are suppose to be there for. Dr. Beres also refuses to put you on the meds that you have been on since 2012. Someone needs to do something about her and the office.

Taking my mother to the ER due to refusal of BP medication refills by a lady named patsy there.
This is Twice and absurd my mother has cried all day of fear of stroke.
Which is high.
Today after now 3 weeks of high Blood Pressure and shaking we took her to urgent care where they were appalled by the practices here.
When checked her blood pressure was a 187/120 and they had to add in more medication.
You cannot fool around with people's life they told me my Mother was a ticking time bomb and to not give her Blood Presure medication is extremely unprofessional.
I have contacted an attorney as we were advised too today.
Thank god for the caring doctor my Mother seen elsewhere or she would have been back in the ER due to this.

Dr Emma Beres was my dr. Until she cold hardheartedly would not give me meds I have been on since my 20s I am in my 60s. She would rather raise my bp to stroke level. Very cold doctor. Do not respect her at all.

I have seen Dr Mary-Emma Beres for a little while and I wouldn’t recommend this Dr to anyone. Intentionally prescribing medications that would make things worse and has always been so rude to me. I’m seeking help and she acts like she don’t care or that I’m just disgusting. I have medical problems and she is just there for a paycheck. I will be following up on this!

Been with this office for over 2 years. Today I get informed I can't see the Dr. Because they don't accept my insurance and have never accepted my insurance... Very unprofessional
