Rented a carpet cleaning machine yesterday and returned it today. Excellent customer service from Gavin. Everytime I go to this place, I find what I need and the store staff is always super helpful and friendly. I dealt with Veronica yesterday and I have received excellent service from Nick in the past. Skip the big box store and get the same thing at the same price with awesome service and attention to details.

I wanted to take the time to commend Nathan for always helping me. I know I can be a bug but Nathan Always take the time to understand my issue and my yard looks amazing. Even during the hottest days he helps me load and attentive to my concerns. I really appreciate his customer service, which is impeccable. Thank you Nathan. This is why I come to Ace; especially this location.

In this place you can get any item to repair or decorate your house, from a spare part for your grill to organic plants, I thought it was a good assortment, the wrecks are the same on the market, but with the benefit you get up to the least expected and you have it on hand instantly, I liked it!

This is my favorite Ace even though it is not the closest. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They will always help you to find what you need without upselling you. I went in to buy a Yeti today and left with a lighter higher capacity Igloo that will more than meet my needs for $80 instead of $200. He took the time to help me add weight to both coolers and see how it felt to carry them and was so kind to my kids. The personalized service is amazing!

The workers here are always friendly and helpful. They mostly know their stuff, and seek help from their colleagues when they don’t. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience

You know that hard to find item. For some reason, as small as ACE Hardware is, that’s where you find it. It’s like they’re full of hard to find items. I frequent this location because it’s close to work, and they have an account there. But man, that’s the go to. The staff there are very friendly and will take right to whatever is you’re looking for. ACE is the only place I will go to have a key made. They have what you call “Actual key makers”. These are people that actually make the key. Not like some big box store where any cashier can just take two keys and stick them in a machine. Those keys don’t work. I’ve learned my lesson.

One of the workers, Nathan, made our experience today extremely successful. He was very enthusiastic in helping us find everything that we needed and made sure that we had all the appropriate tools for our home repairs.

In and out super fast with a team member always at the register. Paint department staff friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection.

First time shopping here. I needed a glass replacement for a frame and called Ace to ask if they did custom cuts and they did!! I spoke to Brian and he was great. Matter of fact, all the workers we encountered were very friendly and willing to offer their assistance. Thank you so much for providing great customer service!

If they can't find it or come up with a solution. They have gone as far as to research it.

This has been my favorite hardware store since it was a Branneky’s in the early eighties. Today, as a senior citizen, in this brutal summer heat thought I’d finally mention the handicapped parking here is partially used for outdoor product display and for the most part poorly marked. I look forward to a response. Will provide photos upon request.

It's so much nicer than the big box stores. Staff are a lot more helpful and informed.

I was in dire need of solving a hardware problem for my used microphone adapter and would have had to spend $20 on just one part due to a missing washer! The staff here helped me find a solution as soon as I walked in the door! They were very patient and experts at finding what i needed to solve for this problem! Saved me time and money and now I can record music. Great job to these people and best in class experience. I wish every retailer was as good as these folks!

Today was my first time ever buying anything from Ace Hardware. I ordered online and picked up curbside. The employees on the phone were very nice. The employee who brought out my purchase was also very pleasant. I am definitely buying from here again.
