Good selection of office products. Best place in Crestview to get office supplies. Little pricey but has a lot of copy options! Quick and professional! Also has chairs and office products.

Had an issue not once but twice with a laptop I purchased. Protection plan and manufacturer were unhelpful, but Staples made it right. Their management team is the best. They made customer satisfaction their priority and went beyond their obligation to make it right. I have since purchased two more laptops and will continue to make staples my go to store.

This location is always clean, employees are customer friendly, make themselves available to assist customers and are very knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. If one cannot help, help will be found.

Akeem in the print center has the most pleasant customer service skills I have encountered in any business setting. His knowledge of Staples products, imaging, resolution, etc is amazing. Best business experience I have encountered in my 47 young years. I'm a Staples lover for certain.

Melissa in the marketing department goes above and beyond for her customers. I mainly order postcards for my business and if it is not 100% perfect, Melissa stops what shes doing to correct it. I have found better online prices than staples however, the customer service at the Crestview Staples is worth the extra money. The manager Miranda is also very sweet and kind and has helped with any questions I've had and is always going the extra mile to satisfy the customers. I highly recommend Crestview Staples.

They didn't have what I was looking for when I went in for a presentation at work but the employees were so helpful they dropped what they were doing and came up with an idea that turned out to be even better then what I was looking for! They made their idea right then and there and I received amazing reviews from this at work. So helpful and so out of their way to make sure I left a happy customer

I came to the Crestview Staples looking for a DVI/DVI cord and a chair mat. Tara, the employee that assisted me did not leave my side till I found what I needed. Also helped me find an alternate piece for the DVI cord I was looking for that saved me $20. Great friendly customer service!
