Love this place and you can order your stuff and pick it up at the store. I needed shorts, when you live in Florida you definitely need plenty of shorts!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A lady named Carla helped me pick out two shirts when I was originally only coming in for one at 04/03/2019, 6:43 PM at store 521 in Crestview FL. She listened attentively to what I needed and was very patient with me. Great customer service on her part, specifically. I’m also very happy with both of the shirts she suggested.

Talk about style with a twist. I found everything I loved here from the classy blouse, to the dress pants and not to mention the wonderful skirt.

We used to shop this store weekly, up until a year ago we stopped, the store manager and her associates were so rude and did not have ANY customer service or make is feel welcome and the store was not organized.so a friend told me the store was under ne New management and associates for the last couple months and this store is the most pleasant store to shop at with the most friendliest customer service employees in very clean and organized we are so happy now..

Great selection of fashions at a reasonable price. Constantly changing clothing styles makes Cato one of the only places in Crestview where we can shop.
