Grayson Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My dad has been there almost 2 years, first in the memory unit and then on the floor. I could not ask for better care. The staff treats him and us like family.

Families compare everyone to one experience. I show up on time unless I am emergency. I make sure my residents are taken care of always. I make sure they are changed washed off and have ice water. The ones that can't get to it I offer them some thing to drink and if they need anything. I respect the residents even when things are busy

I have worked at Grayson for 15 yrs. Our staff members work hard to take care of our residents.

As a NURSE @ Consulate I am very satisfied with the respect and care that my fellow nurses and myself provide our rsdts. I love and care for my residents as if they were my own family. I will DO NO HARM or stand by and watch someone else.

I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug. I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standard of my profession, and will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping and all family affairs coming to my knowledge in the practice of my calling. With loyalty will I endeavor to aid the physician in his work, and devote myself to the welfare of those committed to my care.

There is no Nursing Home better than Grayson Nursing. Very caring and loving Nurses and Cnas. They treat residents like their own family. If anyone ask me about which nursing home to put a family member in. It would absolutely be hands down. GRAYSON NURSING.

I have been a cna at this facility for going on seven years and we all treat patients as if they're our own family

I needed the health rehabilitation service for recovering from a major health crisis.

Everyone was friendly and helpful & possibly over-worked or short-staffed.

Great place. I know there funding will be cut by Medicare next year & that's a shame.

This place is horrific!! 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and change the wet sheets for my mother. She has not been changed out of her pajamas.. if you care about your loved one.. don’t send them here

This place is a joke! They treat their employees like trash unless your in their “click” the DON has the personality of a fence post and never takes care of anything, they let a lot of employees get away with being 30 minutes to an hour late to work and no punishment is done about it! The administrator does nothing but sit in his office, flirt with female staff and never speaks to the residents! The head of maintenance is lazy and never does a thing, they had to hire him an “assistant” who does all the work! If there is a leak on the ceiling the head of maintenance just spray paints it white to cover the brown spot, if something tears up he’ll blame you for it. House keeping doesn’t exist it always looks like a mess. I’d never let my parents stay in such a place! Needs new office heads and a renovation! That’s all.

If you love your loved one do not send them to this horrible place! Staff do not do anything but stand at nurses desk on phones. No one brushes their hair or teeth. They are hateful and uncaring. They sit in the dark at night-Noone trys to feed them-my parent lost over 15 pounds in one month. A DR never checks them-they wear a diaper 24/7 because no one comes when they push a button for help.
There may be one bottle of sanitizer in the place.

This place is awful!! And needs to be shut down.
