Ever have an agent take every call until you list with them and then you can't get ahold of them to save your life? This is not Michelle. If I had a question (even a stupid one) she was always there to answer it for me. Before the house was listed, after the house was listed, and most important, after the offer was accepted!!

When she was busy she would get back to me as soon as she could. She would respond by text just to let me know she was with another client and would call me back in ...... I knew she was paying attention and respected my time.
