I was very unhappy with my experience with NanyCrafts. The website states "Personalization is FREE". I added personalization to my order and even followed up with an email with details about my personalization.
I received my onesie just in time for the holidays but it was incorrect. They did no personalization and just sent me the stock onesie. I may have excused the fact that they didn't personalize my order if it at least looked nice but what I found was just the opposite. This onesie looked like something you could print and iron on at home. Not worth the price in my opinon.

I have attempted to contacted "NanyCrafts" three times and I haven't received any response.

I couldn't be more disappointed with both the quality of NanyCrafts products and their customer service.
