Always courteous and friendly. My pedicures are always wonderful, and they take great care of my 85 year old mom. We love Tina!

I used to get my nails done many years ago on a regular basis. I stopped because of all the damage and infections I was getting. It took me a long time to get my nails healthy again. Unfortunately, my nails have always been thin and it's been difficult to grow them successfully.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I had some business functions I needed to attend, and I really wanted my nails to look nice. I have a hairdresser that does nails so I went to her and she just brushed the acrylic on top of my nails using a form - the old school way. No sanding machines, everything done by hand. She did a pretty good job, was very gentle and they looked good. But, they didn't last and the acrylic started to lift after a few days. I didn't have time to get another appointment so I just kept nursing them with glue to get me through. Finally, could not wait any longer so I found this nail shop on Google, and I called and Cindy booked my for my first visit the same day which was four days before Christmas. I told her what happened and expressed my concern about my thin nail beds and asked her to please sand very lightly. I just wanted to get through Christmas and was more than likely not going to continue with doing my nails as I didn't want to damage them like I had before.

Cindy suggested using dip powder which I had never used before,. She explained how dipping was better and healthier for the nails, because you remove them every two weeks and reapply. So, no ridges and damage from all that sanding at the base of nail. She said the material was really hard and that my nails would hold up better. It sounded good so I had her do the dip. Just as she said, I loved it. They were strong and held up to all the box opening, cooking and cleaning for the family Christmas and New Year's. I choose a vibrant holiday red and they looked nice. I came back today and she removed everything and this time I opted to do the french manicure using the same dipping technique. They looked fantastic! I was amazed she could get that look by using the dip. Quite frankly I think they look just as nice if not better than the tips. They also feel very light and my nails don't hurt as they did in the past after getting them. The other plus is the nails dry quick without using that terrible UV light which is a plus for me. And, I have a finger that damaged in a car door - so the tip of my finger is missing and he remaining nail is shorter than the rest. She did a great job with it. I think I will try this method a few more times and see how my natural nails hold up before deciding if I will continue or just make this a holiday thing.

Cindy was great, very professional, pleasant to talk with and delivers a great service. I highly recommend this shop and Cindy to those ladies out there that have had issues in the past as I did, and have given up on having beautiful nails.

My 87yo mom in law has been going here for several months and is treated so kindly. Her nails look beautiful every time she comes home. She also get her eyebrows waxed. She loves Tina and is now a regular customer. I went today and had Audra. I explained how picky I am about my nails- I don't want them all the same length, it's not natural..if one is shorter than the others that's fine. I also like my gel to be thin, not thick. Audra did an amazing job, listened to what I was saying and asking for. The owner Cindie happened to be there and listened to my concerns as well. I even decided to splurge on some fun nail art. Super happy with the results. After searching for a new nail tech, I'm happy to say I found my girl! 😁 I wish I could add a picture to this review!

Great services with very friendly staff. We were able to make a same day appointment. We will definitely be coming back. If it's your first visit make sure you bring cash for tip. Would recommend the deluxe pedicure!

Today was my first time visiting Beyond Nails and Spa and it was a wonderful experience. Cindie was so personable and really took her time to help me get the exact style I was looking for. I’ll certainly be going back.

This place is awesome, Danny was great! My acrylic nails look amazing and they stayed on for 3+ weeks with no problems. We got free drinks and the employees were very friendly. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

I moved to New Kent about a year and 1/2 ago and I have tried a couple of different nail salons. I am SO thankful that I finally tried Beyond Nail & Day Spa. I made an appointment and went in on March 3rd for a gel manicure & pedicure. The nail tech was ready and waiting for me when I walked in. The nail salon/spa is clean, the technicians are dressed professionally, the space is relaxing and calm. MUCH different than other nail spa/salons I have visited in the area. It was so nice after a long day to get to treat myself and actually relax. They communicated clearly with me every step of my appointment, offered different types of pedicures, and made a suggestion for me to try one specifically due to my calluses. I was very impressed. I went ahead and booked my next appointment on my way out. My gel manicure is still going pretty strong 20 days later, and my pedicure looks like it was done a week ago. Give them a try! Their professionalism is SO refreshing.

First nail salon I checked out after moving here from South Carolina. I love it!!! I got dip and I must say it feels great to have the gel/acrylic nails gone!!! They were very hospitable and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be coming back!

I detail some cards for this location and I decided to get a deluxe pedicure package. It was very relaxing and they did a wonderful job. What blew me away was the reflexology that Cindie performed on my feet at the end and if you have not had this, I encourage you to have this very very much encourage you. Thank you and excited to be back as I have out it on my self care plan.

I had to get my nails fixed last minute and this place did above and beyond. Beautiful and perfect, just in time for my wedding ! Thank you all❤❤❤

I started going to Beyond Nails a few months ago, and I could not be happier I found this gem! I leave every appointment feeling so pampered and refreshed. I have seen multiple of the technicians and have received excellent service from every individual I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. Prices are great! The facility is so so so clean and quaint and cozy and just a relaxing ambiance. I have to give a shout out to Cindy who is just amazing, I am so happy I’ve found her for my nail needs!

I got my lashes done here and I absolutely love them :) She was so gentle and patient and very informative. I went with natural and they really do look natural, the only one that knows the difference is me. My lashes now look the way they're supposed to look! She took a little over an hour, very professional, cost $150. She uses glue for sensitive skin, I had no problems. (Like I did at another place) The price here is very fair and the service is outstanding :) I found my new Lash Salon!!

I'm always super nervous about going to a new salon but im so happy we did. My daughter and I had an awesome experience. Super friendly, clean environment, and I love that it's by appointment, we were in and out without waiting. We will be going back for nails and to try other services.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the new owner, Cindie and her staff. She was very warm and friendly and did an excellent job on my nails. I found the atmosphere to be warm as well. Her sister, Diana did my eyebrow wax and I was impressed with the time and attention to detail she demonstrated. Give her a try and you'll know what I mean.
