found this salon. AnneMarie has been my hair dresser and does such a beautiful job.

The hair dresser was very nice and did a great job but unfortunately the front desk staff was quite off putting and rude and therefore I had to reduce the stars to 3 and would be the only reason that I would not return which is a shame cause the woman who did my hair was really nice and did a good job.

The worst keratin treatment I have ever gotten combined with disgustingly rude customer service by the receptionist, Michelle. After washing my hair for only the second time in 3 weeks following the keratin treatment, I noticed my hair had completely returned back to what it looked like before the treatment- a frizzy mess. I was even upcharged $30 by the salon for extra product used- a product that did nothing! I called to express my dissatisfaction and the receptionist, Michelle told me to call back the next week to schedule a time to come in. When I called back, I spoke with the owner of the salon who was actually nice and accommodating. We scheduled for me to come in that weekend to show them my hair. Two days later, Michelle, the receptionist calls me in the middle of the workday literally harassing me and telling me they've changed their mind and not to come in because they won't be refunding me and it's my fault since I waited too long to call. She had the nastiest attitude and tone and was horribly rude to a customer who paid $200+ for a service which did nothing. This would be crazy enough, but the fact that she did a complete 180 after telling me to come in is just appalling. She refused to let me speak with the owner and it was like a flip switched and I was talking to Ms. Jekyll and Hyde. She was practically yelling at me on the phone and berating me. Avoid at all costs.

The worst hair cut I have ever gotten coupled with the worst customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

When I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the cut and why, I was met with what I should have done and what I should have said. The stylist, pretty much gave me the cut she wanted to give even though I showed photos of some styles I would like. I scheduled a consult only to be informed by the stylist that they don’t do consults . When I asked the stylist if she had any ideas or pictures to look at, she out right said, “I don’t have any pictures to show you!”

Four things the stylist should have done but she didn’t. When she finished cutting my hair, she walked away without saying a word. She didn’t show me the back of my hair, she flat ironed my hair even though I don’t flat iron my hair and she didn’t even ask if I liked the cut… and it was a cut not a hair style.

When I called back a few days later and asked if they could do something to address my dissatisfaction, they offered the one solution I specifically stated I would be uncomfortable with which would be to have my hair cut but the same person.
