McDonald's

It was the first time in a long time that my order was perfect.

The 2 lane thing gets lost on people, because they all want to be first, even though it's left, right, left right, not left, left, HONK!!!, when you take your rightful place in line.

I guess balance must be achieved. Great food and service, with a smattering of selfish people, while I waited.

Will have to go in and sit down next time to see how nice it is.

One of the better McDonald's. The foods always fresh but sometimes the waiting is longer but most of the time worth it for fresh hot food.
Only downside is the sweet tea is hit or miss.

Abigail was super sweet with great customer service! Very friendly and made extra sure my order was correct.

We had a short wait....but when I got my FRESH AND HOT NUGGETS it made it all worth while!!!! Plus the girl working the window was super sweet here today!!!

First time at this location, and it was great! Good service, hot food, and I didn't wait forever even though they were busy. They worked as a team, AND the managers were working too instead of just barking orders at employees! I miss the type of service a lot.

Ordered the two cheeseburger meal. Burgers were hot as were the fries. Good way to get my food on the go

Made a mistake on our order but, the manager fixed it promptly. My mom has an allergic reaction to pickles. Great job Manager man :) we enjoyed our meal. The food was hot and fresh. Merry Christmas! From our trip Christmas at the Goffs Cannon Ga.

Staff, especially the drive-through staff, were amazing. I was greeted with smiles, and my order was ready as soon as I got to the window. Fries are always fresh and hot, and I never spend more than a few min in drive thru.

The food I received was totally amazing. I had ordered a Smokey QRTER LB BLT the night before and did not get what I asked for, when I called the manager apologized immediately and told me I could return and they would make it right. I went back the following day and was greated and helped by a very nice lady. I explained to her the reason I was there and she immediately helped me out. They remade the whole meal and it was awesome 👌 People always complain about the bad but seldom take the time to say job well done 👏 I wish I had gotten the ladies ne that helped me out. I would recommend and return to this McDonald's just because of someone like her. Job well done.

Great place for a quick bite and Chase was such a sweet and polite girl.

Am not a fan of McDonald's at all, but this one in Royston got it going on! Everything and everyone were super nice and helpful!

I like McDonald's food is good people friendly.

Service is ALWAYS super fast and kind in the morning time!!!! Great job, I love seeing their smiles every morning, it’s definitely something compared to Wendy’s and Hardee’s! Keep up the good work!!!

The food and service has improved so much at this location within the last month and a half. I don't know what happened for things to change for the better but it was definitely needed. McDonald's is one of my daughters favorite places to get food and especially her favorite the caramel frappe, which I have to say is pretty yummy myself! My main complaints was cold fries and the wait time in the drive thru just to order. Both has improved by 110%!!! Hot fries every time we have went lately and no more sitting in the drive thru at the speaker ready to order for no one on the other end to take an order. Good job to the Royston McDonald's team for coming together to work as a team to improve your restaurant to better serve your community and insure your customers leave happy.😊 I know customer service can be a pain and we as humans can never make everyone happy but I can totally see the effects of your efforts put in to improve your restaurant and as a customer I appreciate it💜

The fries were perfect! Hot fresh and crispy! And just the right amount of salt. Fish sandwich was so tender and juicy. The best tartar sauce ever!! I have absolutely no complaints about the food or service. Very clean restaurant as well.

If you plan on getting a meal here then you might as well go somewhere else! Employees were fighting with the manager and threatening to walk out. Food was cold and not right after the 30 minute wait. The food was obviously done way before 30 minutes and had been just sitting somewhere in the back. This was once a very good McDonald's for the area but I can see it has went downhill a lot in the past few weeks. Will not be coming back for a while.

UPDATE 4/30/22- Decided to go back and give this location another chance. They have significantly improved since my first review and the food was great!

Andy runs a TIGHT shift, I went here and got my food in a mannerly time! My food was HOT AND FRESH! Thank you so much for feeding my family durning the holiday time! It’s so rare you go to McDonald’s and have a good meal now a days! Everything was prefect Andy thank you again! Merry Christmas ❤❤❤

I cannot express enough, how impressed I am with their team and management there, at this location. My son stopped by last night, after a soccer game to order food and lost his wallet. I called this location first thing this morning and spoke to the Manager, she stated they had his wallet locked in their safe. I am super impressed, with how they handled it and I am incredibly grateful for them keeping his wallet safe. Thanks again, I truly appreciate it!!
