Downgrading my review. After years with this agency, I am going to have to take all my personal and business lines elsewhere. I don't want to. What a waste of time. I have double coverage, inadequate coverage, and known policy problems left and right. After three long meetings, phone calls, several emails, with two different agents, over a course of years, I can't get any of them to fix one thing. Service here is dangerously inadequate. Normally, I wouldn't write a review just because I don't prefer the service of one business. But they have not only left me unnecessarily exposed to risk, but they have wasted several hours of my time with false promises, and several more now that I can't get them to do basic things such as raise my policy limits after adding on to my house, put correct addresses on rental property policies, or write policies in the correct business names. I am annoyed.
