After a long search for good pizza in Florida, we finally found it at Fantini's.

We started with the fried mozzarella special appetizer, which is accompanied by the most delicious marinara. For our main course, we shared a small white clam, and a small "Jimmy's Favorite" (sausage and cherry pepper) pizza. Both were excellent.

I almost forgot to mention the excellent wine list, and cannoli.

The place is small, and reservations are recommended.

This is absolutely one of the best pizza places I’ve been to in South Florida. If you’re going by One Bite rules imo it’s high 8’s low 9’s out of 10. Really good pizza and friendly service. The owner was very nice as well. Best pizza in the area hands down.

We grew up in New Haven, this is by far the best rendition of a New Haven pie we have had. The crust and the char are perfect! Our waiter, Alfredo is a throwback, entertaining and a touch of class. A table near us complained to their waitress that the pizza was too well done. She handled it beautifully. I would have told them to go back to Pizza Hut. We spend our winters in Florida, thank you, Fantini's is a gift. Please don't get too big and change this delicious Apizza.

I walk in and they already know my order. By their own admission im one of their top customers but they've 100% earned it. Now new haven pizza might not be for everyone and some may consider it "burnt" however those with taste buds and a thorough love for pizza will absolutely love coming here. I was born and raised in ct and ate pizza all around new york and ct and since moving to florida this and 1 other place has been my go to to bring me back to what it felt like getting pizza down the road at my parents house. You cant put a price on that. Ive been to at this point probably about 80 to 90 different pizza places in florida alone and i can happily say this is one of if not the best one in florida. I travel an hour every week just to come here for pizza. You won't be disappointed.

Was a little bummed, after reading reviews we were super excited to try the pizza, we ordered takeout and got held up by traffic so by the time we picked it up and got home it was overcooked and dried out. We'll try again when we get back to Florida and eat it fresh next time!

As someone born in New Haven, I've just been craving a New Haven style pizza. Nobody around here makes them, so when I heard about this place, I immediately had to go. The pizza is perfect and hit every craving I had. For anyone who complains about the charring of the crust and the thinness/chewiness of the pizza... that's a new haven style pizza. It's a specific pizza. Plus, they have Foxton Park soda, which is from Connecticut, and you can't get it down here in Florida, so bonus points!

I happened to be in the area and stopped by for a pie. I was truly happy I did. It's the New Haven Style pizza you are craving.

If you don't know what New Haven style pizza is, I highly suggest you learn about it. There is a documentary online called "Pizza, a Love Affair" that will help you understand and appreciate what you are eating.

This restaurant is such a gem. This is probably some of the best Italian food in town. The pizza allá vodka with prosciutto was exquisite and the garlic bread parmigiana was phenomenal. This is some of the best local pizza I have had and I will definitely be going back for more. The service was great and everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

My husband and I eat here often and the food is incredible! We first went to try the pizza, it is the best pizza around the area and in general. We decided to try their bucatini and meatballs my gosh their meatballs are the best. The sauce is also amazing, the pasta was perfectly cooked.

Best pizza on the treasure coast. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, crispy crust. Friendliest staff we have seen in years. This will definitely be our regular for pizza night!

As a West Haven native I can confirm that this place is legit! (Zuppardi’s APizza in West Haven is my favorite.) Fantini’s is incredible! It definitely lives up to the New Haven “ah-beetz” name. Just WOW! I had White Birch Foxon Park and my hubs had IPA. We killed 2 smalls, a Jimmy’s and Grandma’s and we got a cannoli and cheesecake to-go. So so so good, can’t say enough! (A little warm in the dining room, but it’s July in Florida.)

As a native to New Haven and growing up on the best pizza in the country... I give this place 2 thumbs up! I was told about this spot from a relative that lives in Port St Lucie, so I made my way there when visiting.

I will say, once I entered the establishment, I was met with friendly staff and directed where to pick up my order. You can see into the kitchen and at first glance, I was disappointed to see a normal pizza oven. Not what New Haven pizza is known for using.

When I received the 3 pies I ordered, immediately the smell was enticing! Reached the in-laws and we absolutely DEVOURED the pies. We had the shrimp scampi pie, a meat lovers pie and a cheese pie. To my surprise, the pies are pretty dam close to a New Haven pie even without the brick ovens! Highly recommend for an amazing pizza experience!

Hubby has been raving about the New Haven style pizza he had in a road trip thru CT, and when he found out there was one in Stuart, Fl he drove out to pick some up for me.

We got the Esther's Eggplant, Jimmy's Favorite, and Spinach/Mushroom/Gorgonzola. Our favorite was the eggplant one - we could not stop eating it. The other 2 were also great but we could only handle a slice of it. Jimmy's favorite was spicyyyyyyy (I loved it, hubby's taste buds couldn't handle it tho haha). The Gorgonzola (aka blue cheese) pie was very rich, but you'll enjoy if you love blue cheese.

Hubby said he was expecting the pizza to be a bit thinner. However, as someone who never had New Haven style pizza, I thought they were absolutely delicious - toppings were plentiful, sauce flavored perfectly, and crust super crispy.

We also got tiramisu and cannolis - the top of the tiramisu was a bit frozen..? Not sure if it was still thawing from freezer or if it was just an issue with their refrigerator? Regardless it was still delish.

The pizza and service (Stacey) at Fantini’s was awesome. The flavor of the sauce was perfect with the right amount of spice, and the pizza was cooked perfectly. It is obvious that they are pros who have been doing this for a very long time. The owner, Jimmy, was very kind to my 6-year old son and let him watch them in the kitchen and even gave him a little dough to take home. Super cool.

The restaurant is beyond swamped these days because of Dave Portnoy’s glowing review. People should appreciate that it’s a very small shop with just a few employees doing their best to handle unprecedented interest in the wake of the publicity. So, you should keep that in mind and be understanding if you intend to visit in the near term. Complaining or leaving a bad review for having to wait or not having your phone call answered under the circumstances is simply wrong.

We will definitely be back. Thank you Fantini’s!!!

If you're from New Haven, CT or the tri-state area this is a must try. 100% reminds me of home. The pizza is unbelievable. Service was fantastic and one of the hidden gems of this place is the Foxon Park soda. Took me back to being kid have a slice and a soda. Heaven.

This is New Haven apizza at its finest outside of CT! This is very thin crust pizza that is with the finest ingredients. Don't expect a NY or Chicago style. For the reviews that complain it's burnt, don't pay attention. I suggest a plain cheese for your first time. I don't have extra toppings as they weigh down the crispness. Try it you will like it! They also have a white clam pizza which is delicious too!

Yes it's char burnt and you may get a few char bubbles and light tasting.
