I have been a tenant of Scott's for 6 years with my business in the Winter Springs Centre. He has been extremely attentive to any problems I have had. When moving into the building the AC unit was acting up, Scott had a repair man out in hours and ended up replacing the entire unit with a new economical unit. The center is over 30 years old so we do have the aging problems with that but he has always repaired or replaced any problems. I highly recommend Scott and his company.

So happy with the great service. Always able to get a hold of Scott when needed. When air conditioning was broken with 100+ weather heat wave, an A/C repair was at our place the same day, when others had a waiting list of 3 days. He takes care of the property promptly as if this was his own family. Appreciate the fast repairs and service Personel courtship. Never charges extra. So grateful we found this company!!!

Couldn't be happier!!! We just closed our transaction in Longwood, Florida with the J. Scott Jones real estate team!... They are best! Not only did they take care of me as a home buyer, they also nurtured and catered to an extremely difficult seller! Additionally, they worked in tandem with the lender and title company to iron out some difficult issues that arose near the close of the transaction! Thank you J. Been a happy tenant for over 4 years. I have been a property manager in the past and appreciate the professionalism. I am referring friends to the company and would lease another property from them any time.

I have been at this property for 2+ years now and Scott refuses to fix anything. I had a giant hole in my ceiling from rats chewing (to this day he tells me this is my fault, even though I have pictures of pipes with hundreds of rat teeth marks in them, and droppings) at the pipes and water leaking and it took him 5+ months to fix it. When he did fix it, he did a horrible job, and placed traps in the ceiling which killed things up there but I had flies coming out of the ceiling for months. He didn't care, or respond about it. Now I have things like metal and wood work that needs to be fixed to secure the house and he refuses to do anything and doesn't reply. Do NOT rent from this man / company!

Also, Scott, it's incredibly unprofessional/unlawful to give out peoples names over the internet when they give that information to you privately. To write a review is our right. To give out peoples FULL names just because you have the information is against the law.

After signing the lease we had problem after problem with getting repairs done in our unit. We called Scott and expressed the issues with the bathrooms, he came over assessed the situation and told us we needed to go buy parts and hire a handyman. This happened with several repairs and none of them were handled properly by him.

At the end of the lease he began to become very disrespectful and condescending since we were no longer paying his bills. He began harassing us about the property and trying to force us to move early so he could ship in his new set of tenants. He told us we couldn't be in contact with the new tenants. After further investigation, he stated this so that he could get away with lying about move in dates and the status of the new tenants. I honestly feel bad for them now because they are really nice people with pure hearts and I hope they don't get taken advantage of the way we did.

We had a handy man come out on 3 occasions before we moved to repair any damages and assess the property. We also hired a cleaning company that sent us pictures of the property upon completion of the job.

They put on a pretty face at first then act as though the property was left in shambles so he can keep your deposit. I find it despicable that this man cam seriously call himself a property manager.

The owners of the units at Cranes Way will have better luck managing the property themself or going a different direction. They manage so many properties they cannot keep up with them all in the end.

UPDATE: As you all can tell based upon the other reviews, I am not the only person to have a problem with scott and his unprofessionalism. That's why his average is a 1.7.

His response is full of false claims trying to repair the damaged he has done to his clientele. We left because we moved out of state, not because we were asked, another lie.

Additionally, he called on November 20th,2019 (2 years later) trying to bully us ino taking this honest review down, which I won't be doing. He also tried to threaten legal action against me if I dont remove this. If I could give NO STARS, I WOULD.

Worst rental experience.. leaks first few weeks of moving in and ac problem for close to two months at move in
