Dunkin'

I don't usually do reviews but I have to say I visit daily for coffee..The manager is always working. She's always attentive. I'm never disappointed. She looked upset today so I hope she sees this.

Drive thru order 10:15am. 7-8 vehicle line. Moved really quick. Sourdough breakfast sandwich & 2 large hot coffees. All perfectly made and delicious. Friendly & efficient staff.

Really understaffed so they were slower than normal but so nice. The people are so much better than a few weeks ago. New or not.

I go to this location everyday. The store manager is a doll and is always working..I've seen this store go through many changes and improvements. It's clean, fast and management is attentive.

The service was wonderful and the wait in the drive-thru was very short!!! Will definitely continue to visit this Dunkin'!!!!!

Really great experience here! I’m also not from the area! I was having trouble on my app and I showed the young lady I regret or getting names 😭 but I showed her my app that I had $10.28 && then it showed as 0 and that I had to pay my whole amount! I wasn’t trying to get anything free just pay the difference but the manager on duty said to just gave me my coffee for free! (Note: another young lady was having the same issues on the app!) but they handled everything really fast & provided fast solutions and not to mention very fast w the drinks! And all really nice.

Drive thru and in-store purchases are open, but be careful the restrooms are not open. Use one of the nearby gas stations.

Overall this is one of the newly redesigned Dunkin' restaurants. Very nice looking and the staff was friendly. It's a good stop off I64 when you crave a coffee or donut.

Love the blended mocha with extra shot of espresso! Fast service today.

All the employees working here are very nice, cooperative and professional. My coffee was felled down the middle of the store , they gave me another coffee for free and they cleaned the mess i made. Thank you all🙂

I normally get sweet tea with 4 shots of blueberry and a muffin. Always good.

Always a wonderful experience stopping in a Dunkin for some donuts.

I don't usually do reviews but I go to this location very often. These kids really work. The store manager and assistant are great. I've seen these girls work there butts off.Its also the only place my wife will get her frozen coffee. I hope upper management knows the gems they have

I like the service and food was good, specially I liked the coffee very much.

The headset worker was friendly and the line moved quickly. Everything was good per usual!

Great service. Great food. The employees were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got our sandwiches because it was quite busy. Will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to visit a friend. We came at about 3pm and it was packed! A line of people almost out of the door.

One lady was working the drive-thru, and another sweet girl was working the counter. This girl at the counter (I think her name was Halle, or Haley - she had pretty red hair) ran up and down fixing up multiple coffees, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor & smile. Nothing impresses me more than maintaining the pressure with a pleasant attitude. All props to her for this!

Even with my modified order, she still filled it correctly & didn't over-rush it, just because she was slammed. She thanked us for our patience & saw us out with a smile.

Behavior such as that shouldn't go unnoticed. I hope whomever is running the franchise pays attention to the reviews.

They are super busy and only drive thru, but I am always out in 5 minutes. They make my daily frozen coffee the same way each other and I’m grateful. They have a limited printed menu, however do not seem frustrated by questions. Thank you to all the employees of this location.

The coffee was great it's my first time in a long time since I had regular coffee from there. I normally get the lattes and it turned out wonderful.

The staff is friendly, professional, patient, courteous, hard-working, and kind. It's easy for me to forget the difficulties that such workers have to deal with, & the stresses and pressures they must contend with; and I suspect other customers often forget those challenges as well as we all get impatient demanding the wonderful doughnuts and the hot, fresh, and tasty coffee quickly and correctly. Thank you.

Great facility: new, modern and clean.

Staff was friendly, efficient & fast.

The donuts were EXTREMELY fresh - the freshest I've had in years (my local Williamsburg, VA, location should be retrained here).

I highly recommend this location - conveniently located just off I-64. I will definitely make it a point to stop here when I'm passing by on the interstate.
