I went in with one issue and before It knew it the manager Wes checked my acct. and I qualified for a reduced rate plus received a free notepad. All personnel are great to work with. Thanks to all for your assistance

Wife's phone wasn't getting a signal, so they took the battery out and the SIM card and basically rebooted it. All is good now. Can't beat the price we pay for 2 phones,no contract. Been using Metro PCs for over 20 years now

Eddie, Rochelle, and David were very welcoming and just overall good folks. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My friend needed to upgrade her phone and they suggested a great product that fit her needs and explained how the phone worked. They also programmed the phone while we waited. Five star experience!! David (long hair) and David (short hair) were both beyond helpful. They were patient and understanding of my personal situation. They explained everything regarding my new phone, my plan, and I walked out the door paying just over $100 with a brand new phone out of the box. They both deserve the highest praise and raises because they understand true customer service.

Chris, the store manager, was extremely helpful getting my husband and I into new phones. He also built a a package of accessories for us that we can not wait to use. This place is always so busy, but the manager chris always keeps the customers engaged while theyre waiting. He does an excellent job of updating us when we stand in line so we know how much longer it will be. I always appreciate him keeping us updated. I went in today with hardly any wait and Chris got me in and out very fast and in a phone that works in my budget. I really enjoy coming to this store.

The manager Chris at this store is very personable. I work in the same complex. Talk to him everytime I see him and he talks Metro up all the time. Finally came to see him and he really hooked me up. Definitely go see Chris if you need a phone and good experience.

I have been a customer of Metro for sometime now. I was treated poorly at the Inverness store by a manager named Chris. He was rude and did not resolve the problem. So the next day, I drove to the Homossassa store and was taken care of by a woman Morgan. She stayed after closing time 7:07 pm on a weekend to bring a resolution and fix the problem. What a difference in manager skills and customer service! Thank you Morgan. It is worth the expense of time and gasoline to be treated like you matter and that your business is appreciated. Way to go! My review had been altered by Chris at the Inverness location. Kindly, I request that you do not alter my review again. Customers deserve to know the truth!

I think this place was awesome, I showed up on New Year's Day. They weren't open, but Chris was in the store cleaning and asked me what I needed when he came to the door. I wanted to change my service to Metro. He opened up, needless to say other people walked in ,but he didn't care. He took care of me, suggesting products I might like, and now I have great service with metro and I was completely satisfied. Thanks Chris you saved me a huge!!! Amount of money.

Chris is amazing. He is so polite and always takes his time to explain things in detail so that I can understand. I come to him, what feels like weekly, with a new issue and he always gets it figured out.

Absolutely love the team at the Inverness Store. This is my 2nd phone with them. They are always friendly and the store is clean and organized. The employees are always laughing, you can tell they genuinely like where they work. Bethany transferred everything from my old phone and set me up with a case and glass to protect it and did it all with a smile.
