Applebee's Grill + Bar

I usually go here for the 2 for 1s on Mutiny Oasis or domestic drafts, after work on certain days at the Bar*. I get exceptional service from Arianna, really appreciate her service especially when it gets busy, and always checks on you whenever she gets slammed. A lot of places do not show they type of concernmeant.

Yo!!!! Abby has shown me something I haven't seen in a while. I have not visited and Applebee's in maybe 10 plus years but because of the amazing service I received tonight I will be sure to revisit soon. She has shown amazing customer service through her clear and concise communication and her friendly demeanor. She has a smile that can brighten up the sky and an attitude that creates it's own environment. Her knowledge of the menu (especially the drinks) and her witty convo and charm has really made this night one to remember!!!!! Thank you Applebee's for hiring such amazing staff. The food was amazing and a half and so were the employees I spoke with. Thank you for Abby thank you for Applebee's.

I will be back to see Abby again she is a gem!!!!!

Hey, it's Applebee's -- decent food at reasonable prices, but also open, with full menu service, well after most other restaurants have closed ('till midnight Sunday-Thursday and 1:00 AM the next morning on Friday & Saturday closing shifts) -- and the kitchen will make or customize pretty much anything, so long as they have the ingredients. I was looking for a late night snack, so I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a side of tomato basil soup. Apparently that franchise who operates that location has not provided an "adult grilled cheese" button on the computer screen (the Applebee's at home in Massachusetts has it) because the bill showed charges for two slices of bread and three slices of cheese, but they made it -- and it came out of the kitchen cooked to perfection. The tomato basil soup also was absolutely delicious!

Now, there were two significant problems during my visit. The first is that the bartender who served me, whose name shows as "Sarah G" on the bill but who prefers to be called "Abby," was totally stellar -- so much so that she totally upstaged the food, which should be the star of the show in any restaurant -- and this, in spite of the fact that I ordered food that Applebee's consistently gets right! The experience is like going to a movie in which the supporting cast completely upstages your favorite star or to a comedy show in which the "straight man" completely upstages your favorite comedian. Argh! And the second problem is that I have investments in the restaurant industry, and this superstar is working for another company rather than for one of our brands, where higher check prices would bring her much higher gratuities. Ouch!

But yes, I look forward to returning to this location whenever live brings me back to the greater Orlando area.

The food here was so delicious and FRESH , the atmosphere super clean definitely a welcoming vibe. oh and my server omg my serverrrr Nelly was soooooooo wonderful she went above and beyond with her service she check on us ever five mins , made sure our drinks were filled , we had a slight problem with one of our meals when i say she handled it with no problem and even accommodated us . Her energy just shows this job wasn't just a job she moved with her heart which is VERY hard to get when you go out to these restaurants. she moved like a leader, a manager was really surprised to see she wasn't she made our experience here 100/10 will definitely be back.

As always our server Isaiah provided great service! He made sure we were taken care of. We choose this location, because of the service and consistency of good food! Our favorite server is CJ!!

Food was great, very tasty steak. My wife loved her green Irish whiskey drink and our waitress Krista was on point. We enjoyed ourselves quite well, we'll come back again!

Chris was amazing and attentive. He made out experience personal and gave us space while still being there when we needed something. I'll definitely ask for him on our next visit

My fiancé and I love to come to this Applebees Friday nights when our favorite server is working. Chris is an amazing server, 100000/10. If you have the opportunity, I’d highly recommend requesting Chris as your server at this establishment.
Would not come here if he wasn’t working. The host, Michael, was very attentive and communicative with customers. He was very quick with cleaning tables and greeting customers.

Gave them a second try. It was better. Our waitress Kiki did a fantastic job. The food was great.

Thanks to our server for accommodating the special requests for my son's restricted diet. She was the best with helping us.

The atmosphere was family friendly. There were several families enjoying their Sunday afternoon in the restaurant.

Abby and Ariana saved the day for this Applebee's location. It was the most incredible experience I've had here. They were both on point and they know their craft. This location should be grateful and honored to have them as bartenders for this location.

Don't sleep on Applebee's! Visited the location in Casselberry while in the area and decided to stop by for lunch. Was greeted by smiling employees and seated promptly. I ordered the grilled chicken wonton tacos, French onion soup, and the grilled Oriental Chicken salad and everything was deliciously superb!! Justin M was my server and provided nothing less than 5-star service. Thank you Justin for upholding quality people skills, for the excellent service that you have provided, and for making my overall experience very pleasing and filling. I most definitely will return!!

Moises was a great server , with much help with the menu and breaking down the flavors , he was very attentive and always making sure we were good. The Lime chicken was delicious and would definitely order again!

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Applebees recently, and the service provided by Christopher was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we were seated, Christopher greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, immediately making us feel at home.

His knowledge about the menu was astounding. He was able to guide us through the extensive menu, providing insightful suggestions about appetizers. His recommendations were spot on, each dish was a delight to the palate.

We will definitely be returning, not just for the great food, but in the hopes of being served by Christopher once again.

In a time when good customer service seems to be a rarity, Christopher at Applebees is a shining example of what it should be. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you happen to dine at Applebees, do yourself a favor and ask for Christopher. You won't be disappointed.
