Excellent experience! Glenn came to install a toilet and two new faucets. He was very friendly, helpful and worked quickly. He did an excellent job! I appreciated his advice and feedback on future plumbing work and I will be calling on AquaFi and Glenn soon for new shower head installations! I think that their pricing structure is fair and that they’re honest.

AquaFi installed a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, & water filtration system & all products were purchased through Lowes. A few months later (March 2019) they replaced our hot water heater that we purchased from Lowes. Awesome job for all installations. Matt installed our water heater & he was GREAT!! Kristy always communicated with us & set up all install dates & was excellent!! Above & beyond customer service provided by everyone at AquaFi!!! Will definitely use them again. Thank you Matt & Kristy!!

AquaFi REPIPED my ENTIRE house. House was built in 1973, with galvanized piping which had rusted out in several areas UNDER the slab. AquaFi workers repiped the entire house in less than 8 hours! Removed & replaced outdated fixtures. The ENTIRE TEAM was knowledgeable, skillful & extremely professional. The work they did was AMAZING! I just cannot say enough Good things about this experience.

Was fortunate to have the owner come out to address my issue. I thought i was going to need a leak detection but it was not needed. Joe was extremely professional and even dealt with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. Turns out my main shut off valve at the house was leaking to the tune of a 500$ water bill this month. A big thanks for being honest and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use Aquafi as my go-to guys in the future...a big thanks again Joe.

David from AquaFi was excellent. He was extremely friendly and swift with the service of disconnecting, reconnecting our water in our kitchen sink, and reinstalling our garbage disposal. I highly recommend David and AquaFi.

Not our best experience. We hired Repipe Specialist to do a total repipe on our home. Repipe subbed it our to AquaFi. They did used the colored pex piping as promised. AquaFi did not install off the shut off valves promised by Repipe. AquaFi left a huge mess in our driveway, home and lawn including screws. They are not customer satisfaction driven. We had called AquaFi directly asking about a small change in the plumbing and they refused the job stating they only do whole house nothing else. And obviously they don't fix their mistakes either. Insist on a differnt company if you expect a quality job done right!

DO NOT use AquaFi. They don't value their customers and do not take accountability for their mistakes. We had our AC installed by AquaFi. One year later we asked for them to come and service our AC. Their technicians came, completed the service, and said that everything looked fine. After they were gone for about 30 minutes we noticed that the house was getting warmer and warmer. I called their office and told them this and they said they would send someone back to look at it but they would need to change me for any additional work done. OVER 4 HOURS LATER our house was over 80 degrees inside and they finally returned to tell us that they didn't connect something right when they serviced it. They reconnected whatever they messed up and it started to cool down. I called their office the next day and they said that I STILL had to pay the full amount for the service! Even though usually if a company installs an AC you don't need to pay for the first year of service AND even though they made such a big mistake and left us in the FL heat for so long. Not only that but it is now less than a week later and my AC STILL isn't cooling to the temperature that I set it. Needless to say I'm not calling AquaFi cause I know they can't be trusted, They just want to take your money. What a disappointment.

Tech was late and and unknowledgeable about my parents system. Not sure if I got the new guy or just a bad tech but was unsatisfied. He recommended an entire system and after a second opinion from mills air a 200 dollar fix was all it needed to be running strong again.
