The care I received was good. The doctors were efficient, they listened, and were helpful. However I was inaccurately charged for preventative services twice by Bellin in the last 6 months. - If you go here be sure to check your billing statements and insurance if anything seems off. I was lucky enough to have my insurance dispute my charges. Don't think I'll go back just for this reason.

I like the doctor but beware of the billing.
The office staff is not helpful when the billing is in error.
They pass the buck.
So watch insurance and Medicare when you are billed.

Drove over an hour to get my autistic son to his appointment on time. But we ran into road construction on the way. So they denied his appointment for us being 9 min late. The front receptionist are always very rude as well.

My kids go to a different doctor for their pediatrician but they cannot get us in for a flu shot. Since my son is under 6, I can’t go to the pharmacy to get one either. I tried calling the Bellin Clinic in Brillion since I live here and it’s local. I had been a patient of their’s in the past but it had been years since I’ve been there. I was told they have a flu clinic coming up, but they won’t administer a flu shot because I won’t switch to them for my primary care for myself and kids. Wow. When there is a pandemic and we’re being advised on the importance of the flu vaccine, this local small town clinic refuses to administer a flu shot to the people that live here? I’ve heard negative reviews about this clinic before, so I guess I should have known they wouldn’t help with this.

We made an appointment for myself at bellin health in brillion 2 weeks ago for 11:30 we were 7 minutes and 30 seconds late and we were told we would not be able to be seen today because we were 7 minutes late we drove 25 miles to get there our life is not easy we have a smaller dairy farm and a severely handicapped son sometimes life gets in the way we tried to explain this but the receptionist was very rude no compassion didn't even ask why we were being seen just that we were 7 minutes late you people are a disgrace to your profession I thought healthcare was about helping people not just making money very sad
