Ladybird Academy of Oviedo

As first time parents it was very nerve-racking starting our child in daycare. We toured several daycare options and were impressed by Ladybird. Their sanitation practices were unmatched, and we were pleased to see hands-on play rather than electronic engagement. Our child has been in their care for more than a year now, and as we are due with our second child we will absolutely enroll them here as well.

While we do not have any other daycare experiences to compare this to, since starting our child at Ladybird, it has far exceeded our expectations. Sabrina the rest of the front office team have been wonderful, transparent, attentive, and caring throughout our entire process. I feel that facilities are generally reflections of leadership from the top down and Ladybird's management team have been excellent.

Their in-app communications are fantastic and we are updated throughout the day with photos, potty events, meals, and any other necessary communications. Parents also have access to a secure live-stream of their child’s room and can check in at any point of the day. Teachers do a variety of engaging activities and sensory play, and our toddler is constantly coming home with new knowledge (sign language, months of the year, etc.) Ladybird was also instrumental in working with us to potty train our child. I cannot speak highly enough of their team and program as a whole.

Of final note, the reason we looked into Ladybird initially was because we know one of their staff members. The staff member said after working at multiple daycare facilities, Ladybird was the first they actually enjoy working at and felt comfortable recommending to other people. I can’t think of a higher recommendation than a first hand account of multiple child care facilities.

The teachers are great and the app gives you updates all day with every feeding/diaper change/nap etc. Also has live webcams to watch if you want.

I highly recommend sending your littles here. A+++ Phenomenal school and staff. I can’t say enough good things about them!! They’re so creative, caring and truly offer a peaceful environment for learning and growing! I’m so thankful that my kids have attended Ladybird Academy of Oviedo. My oldest is now going into Kindergarten.. confident, READY, and excited to learn!

We have been at Ladybird Oviedo since 2015. They have helped me raise my two girls for the past 5 years. I can't say enough about the teachers. They are really wonderful human beings and have great values that make positive changes on my girls. Miss Evelyn the director is a good hearted hard working person who is always involved in the day to day education of my girls. They really are a great team and I recommend them. Their summer camp is awesome and my girls have created great memories.

My daughter attends PreK here and we absolutely love it! She has grown and learned so much. The staff and teachers are incredible and work very hard to give the students an exciting and safe place to learn! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds this year. She is more than ready for Kindergarten! I'm so happy with Ladybird and I'm sad we have to leave!

Finding a daycare provider who is a good match for your family makes your whole life infinitely easier, and Ladybird Academy of Oviedo is the best. They are not just a trustworthy daycare, but a family that we can call our friends. I fully endorse Ladybird Academy of Oviedo as a healthy choice for your own child's development; they encourage the special skill of the children motivating their inner drive for learning and at the same time respecting the different learning styles.

I have seen my granddaughters learning so much and growing into great human beings who recognize their own strengths and know how to use them. As I always say about Ladybird Academy of Oviedo: They are a daycare with hearth.

My son attended Ladybird Oviedo for a year before we had to move up north. We had such a great experience here I wish we could have taken this school and all its teachers with us. The teachers are primarily what makes this place so wonderful. My son would talk about them all the time when we're at home. They were so warm and loving, it was as if they treated my son like one of their own.

As for the facilities, they always look clean. The classrooms have huge windows and video cameras if you feel transparency gives you peace of mind. I also like how they split classrooms by age group by every 6 months so you get a curriculum that is focused for their particular age group. They do a great job transitioning between classrooms as well. For the price (which was half of what I'm paying now in MA), you get a huge drop off/pick up time window AND all meals included. I highly recommend checking this place out if looking for school/daycare in the area.

As our little one is about to enter Kindergarten we realize just how impactful the preparation and guidance from the teachers at Ladybird Oviedo has been. We will never forget the genuine interest the teachers and staff took in our child’s future and are very thankful for our overall experience with Labybird. Special thanks to Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Jenny for their leadership through the pandemic and prior. Also the VPK program and teachers, specifically Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Kelly and Ms. LuzMarie, were amazing to work with. We are very thankful for how much our child learned and grew under their tutelage.

All three of my children have attended Lady Bird Academy Oviedo. We have received care, quality education, and a lot of fun and memorable experiences too! Not only is the Oviedo team professional and caring, but they have been an extension of our family for the past 9 years.

The management staff and consistent teaching staff have played a major role in our overall experience with Ladybird Academy Oviedo. Both of our children have experienced growth and have excelled within the Abeka curriculum, which has translated in continued success while in elementary school. 100% recommend this for your child and family.

My granddaughter is enrolled here and may I say that Evelyn and her entire wonderful staff have created a truly remarkable friendly atmosphere. I dont get to visit too often but when I do I am greeted with big smiles and cheery faces. This is a happy place. It is clean and bright and quite colorful. They are well organized. I am so glad my granddaughter attends here. The program they have brilliantly mixes learning and fun.I would say Its very well balanced. To me.... " They got it right!" I always thank them when I leave after a visit. Today my daughter received school photos and shared them with me. My granddaughter looks so happy in the pictures. Nice pictures too. This prompted me to thank them all at Ladybird publicly. Why not. They are very good at what they do.

We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the care and education that our child has received at Ladybird Academy of Oviedo (LAO). The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Our child absolutely loves her teachers and looks forward to each and every day at LAO and spending time with all of her "friends." The facilities are modern and immaculate with lots of wonderful learning and development tools. It is a secure, yet inviting, atmosphere for parents and families. They host many family oriented events. There are posted weekly goals and daily reports summarizing your child's day along with monthly newsletters.
If you are considering LAO for your child, I highly encourage you to "drop in" and speak with the Director and take the 'tour' for yourself. I think that you will be impressed.

The school is absolutely amazing. It's not just a daycare. It's a way of life for the children, getting them ready for the world ahead!

The teachers, Mr. Verna the director, and everyone at the front desk.... they all feel the same caring and the same love for every student. It's wonderful to walk in and have them recognize you and speak to your child as if they were their own.

I leave every morning feeling like I'm a great parent and I pick her up every day feeling like I've done my job ... The school is definitely the place for her to be! :-)

My son has attended Ladybird Oveido since he was 9 months old and is now 5 getting ready to start Kindergarten in the fall. I have nothing but positive things to say about our time there. If you want to give your child a head start there is no better place to be.

My little guy was here for six months in the twos room and it was a terrific experience. They center uses bright-wheel app and every day I got at least 2-5 photos of him being fed, hugged and surrounded with so many toys and friends. The staff was amazing and we would definitely recommend this center for others.

All 3 of my kids went to Ladybird. Amazing teachers and staff. They treated each child like their own. Professional and caring. I would highly recommend them .

They are great with the kids. They prepare them very well for kindergarten with their vpk program. I have two daughters enrolled here and I am very happy with them.
