Long John Silver's | KFC

I love Long John silver's. They have the best fish and shrimp and chicken. It's always crunchy and the fries are always fresh and hot.

My favorite fast food restaurant. Sadly we were informed on our last visit that the Long John Silver's part of the store is closing sometime in April 2024.

The counter people were very friendly and were very quick to engage me. The food came out very quickly they even apologize for the hush puppies taking too long and offered me a free biscuit. Really great place to go for a change of pace from from burgers and chicken sandwiches.

I have been here on multiple occasions this is one of the most well ran fast food places in this area not only is my food always perfect the staff is very nice I spilled my drink they cleaned it even though I offered the was understanding and nice 5 stars all day

Food was made really fast, and yet was still hot and crispy! No sitting old food, they were just really fast! The staff were also really nice to my son, and offering suggestions when he was indecisive.

Wonderful customer service!!! My sister & I hadn't had LJS in years, so decided tonight to trek to the one semi-near us. About a mile from the restaurant, a warning light came on in my car. It was overheating. I placed our order at the drive-thru & then asked if I could leave my car in the lot overnight, as it was overheated. The manager jumped in & told me to bypass the window & park it now, they would bring my order to me. I was blown away & also touched. The longer my motor was on, the more damage it could do.

Sure enough, they did the transaction in the lot, delivered my food, and the manager even brought us 2 bottles of water, as I hadn't ordered drinks! I felt like family! I mean, it was less than an hour from closing and there were plenty of cars in line!! This was tremendously thoughtful. 😍

The food was fresh and hot. We enjoyed it. And the customer care was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Five star! Food was hot and crunchy and fresh. Staff was very nice. I went through at 3:00 in the afternoon and everything was still fresh, so not sure why this place is getting low reviews. I thought they were fabulous!

This experience surpasses all of my KFC/Long John Silver restaurant visits! In any state... So much so that I spoke with the manager and got everybody's name because everybody working there worked as a team and got along like family! I would like to personally thank Teresa the manager as well as Associates Alasha, Ashya and Shantia.. y'all are bringing back my faith in humanity and customer service thank you all..

You need to bring one back on the west side of Orlando let's do a franchise together or something we need to get over there I have to drive almost an hour to long time silver is where my favorite restaurants that's not fair LOL but good job and delicious food

Friendly staff when I went in to order my Family meal. They honor coupons from the newspaper unlike some other locations. Quick and accurate order. And excellent tasting fish and chips too. A+ Keep up the good work!

Good food but you have to way if u Want your food fresh.

The building was deceptive. Very dirty exterior almost made me turn away... but I'm so glad I didn't! The food was hot and fresh, and the workers were friendly! Will definitely go back!

You get KFC & LONG JOHN SILVERS, in one stop, for lunch, dinner or in between, it's all good even to go, plenty of parking and empty seats...

The manager Teresa was great, she took care of me and was very nice and efficient and very courteous. Her customer service was outstanding and she honored a coupon and was just an overall great experience, visit here and you won’t be disappointed

Loved it! My food was ready before I could get my card out. Food was hot and people weren't idiots.
