I recently visited Cassier's Automobile Service and had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Cassier, the owner of the establishment. I brought in my recently purchased 2005 GMC Box Truck, which was displaying several engine lights and had me concerned. From the moment I walked in, Daniel was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs.

Daniel took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond by checking all the fluids in my truck, running diagnostics, and explaining everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. What impressed me the most was that he never once pressured me to spend money on unnecessary repairs or services. Instead, he provided me with honest advice and reassured me that my truck was in good condition.

It's rare to find a mechanic who is willing to invest the time and effort to ensure their customers fully understand what's happening with their vehicles. Daniel not only fixed my truck but also took the opportunity to teach me how to check the oil and read the codes on my truck. His patience and willingness to educate me on these matters were truly commendable.

To top it all off, when I went to pay my bill, Daniel surprised me by not charging me anything for the services rendered. It was an incredibly kind gesture that I truly appreciated.
