Superior auto in Oviedo is the absolute best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! They are honest, fair, communicative, and do not recommend anything that is not 100% needed. They talked me through all of the options for my Audi and educated me on areas of concern so I could make my own choice. I highly recommend them for any automotive need. Jason is the one who guided me through everything and he is extraordinary

EVERY TIME these guys come through for me. They know their stuff and care about their customers. The owner himself recently diagnosed a noise in my car, created a temporary fix and replaced the part the next day when the part arrived. It wasn't the first time they've come through for me, but last week, I needed their help more than ever.

My dad's truck overheated 191 miles from Oviedo. I had it towed to the guys at Superior Auto. When I explained that I needed to get back to my dad in Tennessee as soon as possible as he has been sick, Jason and the team went to work determining what happened, what needed to be done to make sure the truck was road worthy and had me back on the road in a day and a half.

Thanks to the guys at Superior for getting me safely back to Tennessee and my dad. His truck is running great, and he was so happy to see me walk through the door. This kind of quality service and concern for customers makes me a customer for life.

There has to be substance abuse going on there. I was literally verbally assaulted. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

If i could give them a 0 i would, BEWARE THEY SCAM PEOPLE, they will try and say its this when its really something else and upcharge and dont fix the problem
