Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I just wanted to highlight the beyond exceptional customer service provided by the beautiful Pauline and her associate. I dont even hold an account with them and they still went out of their way to help me even though they were closing. My overall rating is 5 stars plus. Thankyou ladies, you know who you are😘.

I opened an account with Felicia Jones, she was awesome! I had an account years ago in Ohio, Felicia was able to provide me with account information within 48 hours and she promptly followed up with an email. This was an awesome bank then and now.

Matt Rinaldi is not only an excellent professional but he is a great person who listened and solved a problem that could have damaged my credit due to a confusion or misunderstanding.
If I could give it 10 stars, I would surely rate it that way.

I on the other hand have had nothing but good experiences at this Bank! I guess it depends on what you need? The employees have been extremely friendly and helpful and have always taken care of all the needs that we have had! We love banking here!

It absolutely irritates me that when I take money out of my IRA to deposit straight into my checking and I’ve already signed four different pieces of paper you have my license you’re putting the money in my checking that this branch in Daytona on ISB has to cut me a check for me to sign to deposit in my checking when no other Fifth Third makes me do that… it is an unnecessary step that takes time and I don’t care if it’s three minutes that they take and their explanation is they want to have a money trail …what? you’ve already got four papers. I’ve signed you’ve got my license you’re putting it in my checking just absolutely irritates me.

Worst freaking bank I ever used. Customer service is horrible. They locked me out of my Zelle for 30 days for change my cell phone number. And I’ve been using their advance for two months now I had a bad week at work. Got hurt asked for one week leave way and they put the loan through immediately. If you’re looking for a real scumbag bank, this is it.

I had a account for 3 years and never had a negative balance or worthless check deposit into my account.. I make a Money Order Deposit Friday and My account is Frozed and it’s determined it needed to be closed… I go into the branch to bring the supporting documents still was a waste of time I wasn’t able to get my money even though I could prove the money order was valid .. They refuse to give me my funds and my money order….. Please do not open a accounts with 5/3 they are charging outrageous amount of money for over drafts and u canes speak with a representative Saturday- Sunday if u have a issue … I think this is the worst experience I had with a financial institution… I need my money 5/3 come up off it… It’s my money and I need it nowwwwwww..!!
