Joey helped me purchase my first home in Winter Park! He held my hand throughout the entire thing and made sure I always knew what the next steps were. The lender he referred me had great rates and reduced closing costs so my out of pocket expenses were minimal. After the inspection report came back, he went through it in detail and negotiated some repairs for the sellers to take care and even got them to pay for a 2 year home warranty plan. The thought of buying was nerve wracking at first but ended up being so worth it and I'm grateful to be in my new home!!
