I sold my home thru an agent less than a month ago she was a transaction agent as she represented her own client and myself equally she said. But it was one of the worst experiences selling a home I’ve ever had. I have bought and sold 4 home’s without issue until now. She still hasn’t compensated me for a pergola which she offered to purchase as a gift for the buyer, I am ready to contact her brokerage in regards as she has stopped contact. So unprofessional. Walk away no run from this office before this happens to you.
