Holliday Business Group is amazing. I had an issue with my stove top as well and by dryer. Let me start with scheduling, my schedule is hectic but they took their time with me and found a date and time that worked for me. On the day of my appointment they communicated with me to let me know that Sam my technician is in route. Once Sam arrived he was polite and professional. Sam explained to me that he needed to order some parts and that he would return as soon as the parts come in. Now the above and beyond came in when Sam temporarily fixed my dryer! I was super thankful, I’m not sure what he did but he temporarily fixed it with no parts! Sam also gave my Husband and I some helpful information about a flap that was missing from the dryer vent on the side of our house. Sam returned as promised and I now feel like I have new appliances. This was all done during the Christmas holiday at that.

I had a broken part on my dishwasher rack. They were sent out via American Home Shield. They very quickly saw what was broken and ordered the part. The part came in quickly and they promptly came back out and replaced it. They did a good job and everything is working fine. I was very pleased and had a great experience with this company.

My home warranty chose this company, and when they were "assigned" I came to search for them to check their ratings. (which terrified me). So I expected the worst. They had ver good open communications on timing of arrival, telling me I would need to respond to the text before they traveled to my location the morning of. It happened exactly as they communicated, repair guy showed up on time, masked, and couldn't have been any more professional (and just nice.) They ordered the part. He explained that it's one of two possible issues and that the other had been backordered for months due to supply issues (not in their purview-I checked online and all others were having issues getting that part.). So he wanted to try replacing the controller in hopes it would be in. It arrived he replaced it (again all great communications and showed up on time again.). The controller fixed the issue and it was a very smooth experience. I would definitely use Holliday Business Appliance repair again.

We've used them twice. Excellent folks to work w. The last was November 29. Had to wait a few days for a drain pump but fixed. Just referred them today to a neighbor.

Extremely rude. Barbara doesn't want to help customers at all. When she's think the call should end she will hang up. Anytime you call back your call goes to voicemail. If you try to find out what's going on with parts that are ordered she will tell when they get there they get there. I only used these guys because home warranty company. I have complained to the warranty about how rude Barbara is and how she isn't willing to help customers. Found out from the warranty company that the parts were delivered several days ago but Barbara says that they will take 7-14 more days!! Again extremely rude. Will never use them again

Very unprofessional and super rude. Highly recommend to avoid and go with another appliance repair. It took them almost 2 weeks to get the part in and then the day of service (after confirming twice via call and text I would be home) they send another text to confirm I’m home and to respond within 15 mins. I have a 2 year old daughter who was sick at the time so I responded within 25 mins I am home - apparently the driver already left. Then they couldn’t reschedule me after trying for 10 business days and then eventually cancelling my order. Barbara (admin and dispatcher), the manager and the entire staff extremely rude. I hired a new vendor and the issue was fixed and resolved within 4 business days (including initial inspection appt, ordering the part and installation). Stay away, save your money and time.

Very unprofessional an rude, it takes to long for them to get a part, an they are not on time, they gave me a window from 9 to 1 an when I called at 1 to find out where the tech was, all she says is he is in route do you want to reschedule, then when he came he had an attitude, I am putting this on social media, no one should be treated this way
