I had a package that was frozen to my porch since this blizzard started.1/13/24. Today Mr Mike the postman grabbed it out of the ice and snow for me. This man went above and beyond for me. He’s an asset to the usps. THANX MIKE

Accompanied my boyfriend to get a Passport and Lisa who took care of us was excellent. Super friendly, clear, and concise. Took about 10 minutes maybe even with the picture. She was awesome!

Went here for a last-minute passport. Lisa at the passport counter was super helpful and so friendly. She made a difficult process so much easier. Thank you, Lisa!!

Fast friendly service. You don't see this in
a lot of post offices especially in cities. The employees work as quick as they can to keep the line moving. Very easy access in and out of the parking lot. Drive up mailboxes available if you are in a hurry. P.O. boxes available in different sizes. Full service facilities.

Been to this location a dozen times and never had any issues. People are complaining about this location because they aren't getting mail from somewhere else, which shows they don't understand how the Post Office functions.

I had a couple items to mail. I was heading close to Packerland location. I decided to drop off my stuff there

They went into the back and located my package 📦. People who complain have to understand if they get it right 99.5% of the time you have no right to complain. They have lost or damaged a few things but most of the time it’s cheap and efficient.

Friday, Dec.6th 2017 11:45 a.m. Waited less than a minute to be served. Person helping me was competent and very pleasant.

Lisa provided such a pleasant experience, couldn't have been better!

Great place to unload on a semi truck...very fast delivery, maybe 20 min.
