Or else where …This is a unique spot.. the wine is unique and the owner ( male( as others have described)) even more unique. Pat the owner is what makes clover meadows a good time- but you have to enjoy his genius and wit. Embrace his playful comments / banter and you’ll have a blast. Or be a heartless Karen and say this place sucks. But I’d encourage people to enjoy this space and the wine for what it is and enjoy the owners fun banter because he is creating a business offering so much good! We ended up leaving with one of the owners drawings - and a few bottles. The tasting was a blast! But you cling on to the experience… of what clover meadows is!

We went here with another couple and it was an absolute blast!!
The owner himself was who helped us and we had a heck of a good time!
The drinks were great, service fast and the conversations were excellent.
Not to mention the scenery and story behind “clover meadow” was something to inspire to! We will be back! Thank you!

We love everything about this place! The owner, the ambiance and the best wine and liquors. It is off the beaten path, but well worth the trip.

Off of the dirt road tucked back beyond the trees is a quaint winery/distillery. Surrounded by horse and big windows looking out with a wood fire stove burning in the corner. You enter and it is not like any other winery you have been too. Two rescue dogs greet you - you'll later realize they have 48 + animals in rehabilitation and all proceeds go to helping the animals and wine, liquor and brandy making is an incentive to your donation. Taste a variety of different organic homemade wine. Talk with the owners and sit back and smile over a bowl of chew-mix at how homelike you feel. There is plans for dispersed camping, RV-hookups and more. Live music and game night. This is the perfect place for a girls days, date night, family frenzy or a tourist stop. Clover Meadow Winery and White Wolf Distillery was amazing and I hope to learn about the rest of their horses, wine making skills and the phenomenal stories that are told.

I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in! We were invited by a friend to go along to listen to live music on a Saturday afternoon. Boy am I glad we decided to go!! I have to admit, I don't know much about wine.... what a great place to learn without the intimidation factor of feeling stupid. Super friendly staff were so willing to make great suggestions, and we sampled plenty of wines to find just what we liked. The appetizers were amazing as well.... we shared a platter of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, etc.... delicious! We will definitely be back!

Fun place and location. Had a flight of wine, brandy, and moon shine. Unlike anything in the area. Friendly service and tasty stuff. Glad we stopped and will return.

Quirky and absolutely awesome!! Such a friendly and down home atmosphere! The wines are such a surprise! So good!! The Palimino and Black Beauty are worthy of purchasing a bottle to take home! (I prefer dry wines). Sample the moonshine is a must! Just be sure to end with the rhubarb! Be sure to ask for recommendations! I would love to come back here again!

Such a fun winery with a rustic vibe and a wide selection of wines. The staff is very friendly- don't let the very dry sense of humor fool you. We come every time we're at the cabin.

Unique winery, true gem, educational, excellent food in cafe, local organic great tasting wines, personable and knowledgeable staff. We truly enjoyed our visit and learned so much. I respect the owners intentions on protecting the environment and the practices of old wine making without compromising the flavor or the integrity of the organic properties. This was well worth the 4+ hour drive and I would highly recommend this winery if you want to experience the real deal!

Clover Meadow is my favorite destination in the area. It is laid back and beautiful. The staff is most welcoming, the wine and spirits are delicious. The best thing about it is, all the proceeds go toward the care of the many rescue horses they've acquired!

I was here last Saturday and had a fantastic and memorable time. I loved the rustic building, the owners stories, and the live music. we had food and wine and fun was had by all. We even were able to pet some horses!

Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The wine & brandy sampling is a terrific experience. The owners and staff are engaging and considerate. Definitely looking forward to getting into a bottle of Sweet & Sexy tonight

Worth the drive if you're looking for something to do. Excellent quality wines using cold hardy grapes. Brandy and moonshine also excellent with no flavorings, just the fruit.

Loved this place and the wine. Relaxing atmosphere with horses walking around the yard, funny staff, self sustaining facility, and if you aren’t enjoying all that then just try some of the wine, cause it’s strong so you will love the place after a drink or two :-)

Organic vineyard, winery and restaurant. A piano next to the stage makes it one of my favorite places to play music! Great atmosphere down-home hospitality. The horses are super friendly, too!

Went to this winery for the third time. Completely enjoyed the host, his helper, and the wine tasting. The cheese tray was delicious. Will be returning again.

Beautiful location, great wines, and a nice casual place to go out for dinner/lunch (They even have some vegan/vegetarian options!) It's fun that there's usually some sort of event going on during weekends, like live music or dinner theme, and the owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable (: My son loves all the friendly animals roaming around too!
