Monica was fantastic in explaining each component of my Auto and Home Owners policy to me. She is very through in her practice and very knowledgeable. High level of customer services from her and her team. Made me feel like I was part of the Farmers Family right away. And she saved me $2,300 over my previous policy, with the same coverage.

Monica is genuinely caring/concerned about helping people achieve their insurance needs. She helped my mother easily transition her NJ insurance to our new address in Oviedo with no lapse in coverage whatsoever.
