Honestly if I could give zero stars I would . My husband is dealing with them currently and he called his adjuster Julie Devine for a month . No returned phone calls or no emails nothing . When he finally got ahold of her she gave the poorest excuse as to why she hasn’t talked to him. So you mean to tell me no one in the office was able to reach back out or take on your clients you just ghost them? Then he spoke with her two weeks ago, she said I will call you back today if not on Monday. Last Wednesday came and never heard from her so sent a email. Get an auto email back that she is out of the office Thursday and Friday. Very professional right ? You say you are going to do something and you don’t do it . So we reached out to her manager and her manager gave more info in that phone call than any other time my husband spoke with his adjuster. The manger said she was going to look into the case and call back. That was Thursday and never heard back from her neither. My husband called today to his desk adjuster trying to find out info he has been asking about for almost a month now and she still does not have the info . My husband gets frustrated. He explained they are not helping him and that he will just have to figure something else out . Julie rudely said don’t ever call back to the office again moving forward . She is absolutely rude and it’s horrible that you still keep her employed at this company. She is disrespectful and she has no clue to any questions you ask her . She needs to be fired .

Paralyzed in September 2019 . I was discharged from Neulife Rehab in mt. Dora Fl in January 2021. My home was destroyed by shade tree contractor, a handyman and then eventually a 3rd contractor started repairing everything in my master bathroom. More items were discovered after he finished. I have been waiting for Ccmsi and the adjuster to complete the repairs needed for more than 2 years. Meanwhile they filed a lein against me that is now 1.8 million dollars and growing. They aren’t communicating after 2 more contractors have given estimates. I continue to wait week after week for over 6 months. No answers from the company why they are spending tax payers dollars to the sum of hundreds of thousands of dollars why I wait. Discussed how they can away with ripping off o.c. Taxpayers. My attorney doesn’t know what to do. The state needs to step in and change the laws.

This company is incompetent and its gives me some ease after reading the other reviews that I’m not alone. They do not return calls and it is very difficult to get in touch with someone. This is people’s livelihoods and physical health you are dealing with and it is being handled with no care, consideration or competence. Do better. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Do not use this company. I have been dealing with them for over a month to get my car repaired from an accident caused by a company they insure. They are refusing to pay the body shop and therefore, we can't get our car back. Worst experience ever!

Beware of this company they never answer the phone and when you have a actual workman's comp claim they don't send you a check but once a month for 2 weeks of your salary and that's only 66% of it. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

The worst TPA I have ever had to deal with. If you are a carrier and don't want high attorney rep or litigated claims rates I would steer clear of using this TPA. They don't care about laws, good faith handling or the concept of indemnifying someone. If you're in the unfortunate position of having to deal with them you will most likely need legal help.

Never given a poor review before but this company has been truly awful. If there was an option to score 0 I would have. They actually provide liability insurance to the company we hired to strip and seal our pavers. Unfortunately the company caused irreparable damage to the pavers, our screen enclosure, extensive damage our surrounding property (walls, doors, ceilings etc) and contaminated the surrounding soil and shrubs. The company owner was a pleasure to deal with and immediately agreed to start a claim with his insurance. We had estimates to rectify the damage and the total was over $30k. 9 weeks later, after numerous attempts to contact them and promises by their rep to contact me back, they made a derisory offer of just over $10k. They claimed that the coverage would not cover damage to the pavers! Surely that is what liability insurance is for? Needless to say we will contacting a lawyer as previous reviewers have done.

If I could give 0 I would these people are the worst and I can tell you why people get lawyers because having to deal with adjusters that you have to go through hoops did get contact with, my boss is extremely dissatisfied as well. Absolutely dissatisfied

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My case has been going for almost a year and they refuse to help. No one will contact me back and now I'm in debt collection because they refuse to assist. It's a $77 bill which may not sound like a lot but it is for me and their lack of help has been frustrating at best. My caseworker was let go or left and no one followed up with me. And now the lab is threatening to report me to the credit bureaus. Their employees that help ghuide you to the correct place are rude and unhelpful.

CCMSI, is should I say, a workman's comp insurer/adjuster for LLC companies in multiple states, their headquarters in Danville, Illinois. Once you are injured on the job, as I was(but I still remained gainfully and physically employed) they step in to, should I say, showcase their expertise in mitigating the situation . But, they say they are there to help you, the employee . Know this, you must make your appointments, doctors, physical therapy, and be sure to catch the calls of your adjuster/case worker . If you miss the calls from your adjuster, it is difficult to get them on a call if you call yourself, unless.......you call and leave a message with every adjuster that works in the same office and call their headquarters. With persistence, your due diligence will pay off . But those adjusters, you have to stay on them if you are scheduled for surgery or any other medical event . Workman's comp insurers are just like any other insurance company, they work more for who pays them than for the ethical laws that govern them . Always keep names and numbers, always have pen and paper at the end of calls to take name and number. And know this, your work and being gainfully employed is your livelihood, it supports your lifestyle, but most of all your family 👪 . So you're not fighting for just you, its also your other precious investments .

It’s been well over a month since an insurance claim was sent off due to an electrical fire. This is the insurance provider of the company I hired. I’ve left several messages, called several
Times. Going on 2 weeks of no acknowledgment from this company and going on over a month with no reimbursement

If your employer has this company for Workers Comp, BEWARE!!!!! They will make your life miserable, they will messed up your payments, they will delay your treatments and in top of that, they will discriminate against you if you’re Hispanic!!! Get a lawyer if you have to deal with them. There’s a lot of lawyers that will take your case without charging you because the insurers are the one who pays for the services.

Been trying since mid Sept to speak to my adjuster, no luck. I would never recommend this business. These are hard times when you lose part of your pay. THEY DON'T CARE!!!

Injured employees BEWARE. If your employer has this workers comp and you become injured, get a lawyer asap. Learn your rights. Do not speak to the adjuster, let the lawyer do it. Ccmsi will make sure you get sub-standard medical treatment, they've sent me to the most ignorant, inept practitioners I have ever seen.

Hire a Lawyer then turn them into the Department of Labor, there is a special task force just to deal with companies like this one.

TERRIBLE.... THAT'S ALL THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY IS. TERRIBLE. Please secure an Attorney before any dealings with this despicable company. EVIL, and HEARTLESS MONSTERS THEY ARE. BEWARE😖😖😖

Never would ever recommend dealing with them. If you don’t have a choice I recommend that you immediate hire a lawyer!
