Maryland Fried Chicken

Best fried chicken in the area and especially for the price. Chicken was crispy, hot and not dry, and well seasoned.

The prices are great especially with how prices of other places keep going up.

Would recommend coming here for the fried chicken

Location might seem sketch but you’re here for good, cheap, friend chicken. Don’t expect 5 star services and atmosphere.

lately in the past four times since my father of my third youngest has been there he has brought chicken that has been actually dried and really hard to chew and so dry that there wasn't even a bit of moisture to it but it still deserves all the stars because how long they've been there I give him the credit for that in him being a retired policeman and serving our country and our county I appreciate it so and keeping the kids off the street as in giving them jobs

My favorite fried chicken ever!!!! So much better than KFC, Churches, popeyes, Chick fil a or browns chicken. They are just the best!!! I go to this location on every walt Disney world trip.

i've had the gizzard dinner with green beans and turnip greens twice now, gotta say im a big fan.

This place is a hidden gem. It's one of those places that's easy to miss, is in a small plain looking building on the side of the highway.

The wings here are phenomenal and reasonably priced. They don't have as many fancy wing flavors that other places have but their hot, medium and mild outshine all other commercial places by far. When you're handed your wings, the sauce drips out of the container if you're not careful and get everywhere. I absolutely love that! That's how wings should be.

The waiter/ server(Ashley) was very polite and courteous. The order was placed by phone and she made sure that everything was correct. I didn't have to wait the service. The food was delicious too.

Always stop here for their Chicken Gizzard dinner when I am in FL. They have the best Gizzard I have ever eaten. Their 'secret' recipe turns out soft, chewy gizzards that are flavorful with light breading. Mom's recipe coleslaw, very good French Fries, and a regular dinner roll complete the meal. And don't forget Mom's recipe Banana Pudding! It's in my Top 3 list.
I overheard the owner say his parents opened this location in 1972, and he started working there in 1976. Have to be doing it right if you can stay open for 50 years!

Chicken is really good and crispy
Even the chicken breast is moist and I usually hate white meat because it’s so dry
It’s a little hole in the wall and if you judge by appearance you won’t eat here (I don’t judge by appearance usually but I wouldn’t eat here - it’s not so nice on the inside)
But for sure the chicken is good!!

My son and I tried this place out as the KFC down the road was having a really bad night. I like to patronize mom-n-pop places when I can. I got the gizzards and 8 piece dark. The gizzards were OK, not as big in size as Lee's Chicken in Sanford and the breading was OK, not as salty as Lee's Chicken. Son got the 8 piece dark and he said he liked it. Overall it's a good place to get chicken.

It worth the money!! Really good wings!!

I grew up on the FL/GA Border. Deep south where they tutned fried food into everything from main course to salad to dessert. Ffried twinkies are served in the same meal as fried livers and gizzards then fried oreos for dessert).

This place has now served me the BEST fried gizzards I've Ever had.

The chicken gizzards at this Maryland fried Chicken or to die for. I thought I was going to eat one gizzard and save it until I got home. Well that didn't happen I ate the whole bag before I got home. They were super soft and fresh not tough to eat. I will definitely recommend this Maryland fried Chicken to a family and friends. Keep making that amazing food Maryland fried Chicken.

Love this place. The best friend chicken in East Orlando. The wings are always fabulous. The workers are generally friendly. The only drawback is the tike it takes to gather your food. To be fair. You order it and they drop it.

There were the two most delightful ladies working the counter tonight towards close 1/26/22. They were very efficient juggling all the orders, call-ins, and drive-thrus with grace, even with grumpy customers. My chicken came fresh out of the fryer and is the best I've ever had. Kudos.

Drive through only...no inside dining. Has been more than thirty years since I last ate at this location. Wanted the breaded chicken livers because I remember how tender and tasty they were. Guess what....nothing has changed. The chicken livers were so delicious that before I left the parking lot I swung back through the drive-thru and ordered a second plate of livers. Also remember the wings being some of the best I ever had. Ordered a bunch of them and they were delicious..perfectly cooked. Also ordered a chicken breast and chicken leg(might be another thirty years before I get back) and I was not not disappointed with the taste and quality. Truthfully, I intend to go back for more probably within the next two weeks. So happy they have been able to stay open and serve tasty and quality food during these hard times

I love the fried gizzards they are the "best" so very tender and I crave them....chicken meals are delicious as well....

First time going. I love the liver, and the gizzards are the softest gizzards I ever had...If I'm ever up that way again, I will definitely be stopping by again

I had the gizzards.
Cooked when I ordered them.
They were one of the best orders I have ever had.
The breading was just right, and they were cooked to perfection.
Soft and tasty. Easy to bite and chew.
I ate the sides first as they cooled enough to eat.
Then they were so good I ate the entire 1 pound order. I still believe I ate them all at once.
Next time I'm I'm on that side of town I'm definitely going back for more.
