Roses Flooring and Furniture

We have bought furniture from TONS of places over the past 7 years but we’ve never even come close to having the wonderful experience we did with Bruce today at Rose’s in the flooring and furniture department. He was very busy during our time there but was very attentive to every customer and helped everyone in a timely manner! His friendliness, hospitality and willingness to help with everything we purchased made for incredible customer service and definitely made us customers for life!

I worked with David, in the forest city NC store. He was very helpful, kind and patient with me during my choosing of the perfect rug for my RV living. 😊 I will definitely recommend David and rugs to my friends.

I went in on Saturday night to look at purchasing a new couch. I found one I liked but there was a gentleman working that basically told me that I could pay for the couch but he couldn't help me load it because he lived an hour away, they were fixing to close, and that he wanted to get on the road. I decided to come back a few days later to see if someone else was working. There was a lady working and I told her of my experience and she was appalled! She was super nice and was happy to sell me the couch and helped me to load the couch by herself. She was very easy to work with and she was truly interested in hearing our needs when it came to the couch. What ended up as a bad experience turned into a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience buying furniture. Bruce and Cindy were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what options we had. They were friendly and inviting. The store was clean and organized. It looked great. We will definitely be back for our next furniture needs

Bruce is absolutely amazing go in take your time to pick out what's perfect for you in your home if they don't have what your looking for just tell him I bought a oversized chair and absolutely love it sofa and loveseat seat getting ordered soon so I can have a matching 😁😍set plus he loaded the whole thing up by his self and showed me it was super easy to put together when I got home if I could give him 10 Stars I would ❣

Bruce is absolutely amazing and will help you find the perfect piece (or pieces) for your home ... He's so talented... From picking colour schemes to making sure you are properly set up and installed, this guy gives 110%. Definitely a better experience because of THIS employee ❤

Danielle is fabulous, i had to wait on my headboard due to shipping issues and she was so nice and let me know every single time she had new information and called around to find me one from other stores. She definitely went above and beyond her job duties!!!!

What an amazing customer service team!!! Danielle assisted me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable of the products and had such an amazing personality!!! She was friendly and very genuine!!! She's the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back!!!
