I have been having quite a few issues with the automatic payment system, (not due to user error, due to State farm error) but Silkia was not only more helpful than I could have imagined, she graciously explained the the entire process and what the letters in the mail meant.

Dizlana was great! She was able to quickly and efficiently give us a quote on auto coverage. Not only were we able to save almost $200 per month compared to what we were paying with Progressive but we actually were able to have better coverage!! We are saving over $2100 per year!! After we got the new polo in effect she even called Progressive to cancel our old policy and we got a small refund back! Phenomenal customer service which you don’t see often enough. Thank you for making this quick and painless!!
