I've seen Marty's commercials on TV, and their Oviedo shop is close to home, so when I had car problems, I thought I would give them a try. Alex at the front desk was able to explain everything to me in detail, and his knowledge made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. I know he wasn't the mechanic who did the work on my car, but everything was fixed quickly, and it works fine now. I will certainly be back.

I cannot express my immense gratitude enough to not only Chris but everyone else who helped out what my car. I had a terrible experience with the mechanic I went to prior to Marty’s and Chris took the time to listen and then actually find the problem and fix it. Save me a huge amount of money and headache was well as being scammed by the previous mechanic. I will suggest to everyone to come here to get their work done just like it was suggested to me. Alex in Oviedo is the man. Got me fixed quickly and then a few days later took time to rescan my car at lunch when the engine light came back on and did a complete overview again just to make sure nothing new was happening and had a great conversation while doing so. Highly recommend from my experience.

If you are looking for an auto shop you can trust, this is the place to go! I brought in my car for an inspection and was extremely happy with the customer service, honesty, and integrity of this shop. I had been having some issues with creaking and some lights on my dash and the dealership dismissed me stating nothing was wrong. Marty’s Auto Works was thorough and extensive in their inspection, and got back to me within only a few hours of dropping off the car. They were honest in telling me the cost of repairs was not worth fixing and I should spend my money toward a new car. The didn’t even charge me for the inspection when all was said and done.

Chris was the advisor that helped me set up the inspection and John was the service technician who inspected the car. I spoke to both when picking up my car and could tell they both genuinely want what is best for their customers. They were not interested in taking my money when they could have easily charged me for the inspection/repairs and sent me on my way. They spent time with me explaining what I should look out for in my next car, which makes/models they recommend, and even offered to inspect my next car before purchase if it was preowned.

I did end up purchasing a brand new Hyundai Elantra so I hopefully will not have any issues for a long time, but if I ever need any work done later on this will be where I return. I have been recommending them to everyone I know as they are honest and trustworthy, upfront and fair with pricing, and also offer discounts for healthcare workers and first responders. While my experience with this shop was brief, I cannot say enough good things about them and would absolutely trust them with my car in the future.

Firstly I wouldn’t like to state that I am a wrench turner myself but every now and then it’s good to have someone to count on. I took a jeep wrangler 4.0L to them that I just bought to tackle a tougher job and they treated me like family and got me in, diagnosed the issue and fixed it faster than any stealership ever would. They are honest, hardworking and fair priced. I would without a doubt recommend them to friends and family.

I've been going here for years. The customer service is alway excellent. They've given me really good and honest advice on what repairs are necessary, and which can wait a while if needed. They also gave me solid advice on getting rid of a vehicle that was more trouble than it was worth.

Super friendly and have been honest about repairs, what they can fix. Affordable. Will provide transportation back home if needed while vehicle is fixed.

My car was towed here on a Fri. afternoon by mistake vs. the Longwood location where my car had been serviced previously. I was very disappointed since the other location had all of my records. Once my car arrived, Chris called right away since he needed to know what was wrong, etc. I explained it was leaking oil and he said they'd get to my car first thing Mon. am. They couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Chris kept me up to date on everything in a timely manner. Their pricing was competitive and my car was done as quickly as possible considering parts had to be ordered and we had the threat of a hurricane passing through! Great job!!!

I was recommended by a coworker to bring my car here since it was having an issue the dealership wouldn’t address. I can’t recommend this mechanic enough, as they were very courteous throughout the whole time my car was there. They kept me up to date on the work being done and got it done quickly. Alex was very helpful and he did an awesome job helping me out! I will be bringing my car back when it needs more maintenance.

AAA recommended I take my Acura MDX that was overheating to Marty's. They thoroughly evaluated my car and found the issues that needed to be fixed. Great communication throughout the process. They were able to get all my fixes done earlier than expected. Overall good experience.

The first time since covid I have found a mechanic that is trustworthy

We had to drop off our car for brakes.
The staff was friendly and service was completed same day at a fair prices.

Great customer service/consideration, honestly. They let me know they can look at it, then give the car back til the parts came in, rather than being car-less across the whole weekend. And I didn’t even have to Uber home, they have a driver/companyvehicle—dropped me off back to my house, free of charge. I’ve never gotten my car back in bad shape from here (unlike Pepboys! Beware, hahah), your car is in good hands here. My dad used to be a mechanic and always tells me to go here, to add.
