I care about my vehicles more than anything and the only place trust to take care of them is Expert car care. Just got my tires mounted and balanced with Logan, easy and trustful process👍

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN. My AC went out about a year ago right before I got into a accident (the first photo) I brought my car in and these guys went above and beyond and were even able to help me get the hood to latch and it’s now secure! And now my AC is blowing ice cold, just in time for summer. You can tell they are all about helping someone out rather than most places just trying to get $$ out of you. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone needing any type of work done on their car. These people are awesome

Walk in and be prepared for a surprise! I came for an oil change. They got me right in, the manager introduced himself and gave me tips specifically for my car. It was a real pleasure to wait, with cookies and coffee and clean comfortable surroundings. I am convinced this will be my shop from now on. They have a low labor rate and it looks like they provide any service I might need including tires and battery. I can’t remember the last time I was impressed by a car repair shop!

I called 5 other places in Orlando, nobody was willing to work on my 69 Cadillac DeVille. Expert car care took excellent care of me and my baby. Very knowledgeable, did excellent work, and very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank guys!

I LOVE IT HERE ! I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years. Scotty is absolutely Amazing, great customer service, doesn’t sugar coat my issues with my car and does not over charge me. The front desk gentlemen are super nice as well. They are very busy because of their amazing service, but they will squeeze you in or give you an appointment. They will not disappoint! 🫢

Came in to get a tire patch and I gotta say the whole team was extremely helpful. In and out quick. No one wasted any time and everyone was very respectful and nice. Logan especially hooked it up for me and got the patch done very quick. He’s a great worker he sure to ask for him because he’ll get you right. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

First time here. Dropped my car off at noon thinking the engine was blown. They called me at 4 saying it was ready to pick up. Great communication from the employees & good prices. Only place in town i trust.

I like this place a lot. They're quick, courteous, don't keep you waiting for too long, and fair in their pricing. Plus, they also have great coffee :) I was losing tire pressure, and the found that I had a broken tire rim. Since I needed to order a new rim from the dealer, they didn't charge me anything for the eval. Again, great place for your service needs. Highly recommend it.

Needed a last minute alignment for my car and expert care care went above and beyond with great customer service and friendly technicians.

Check engine light came on and auto zone told me to come here. Logan was welcoming and very helpful. Scotty checked my car out and was honest about what needs to be fixed. Overall I had a great experience, especially since I’m a girl who knows nothing about cars. Would recommend coming here and getting your car serviced.

This is the best car care shop I’ve ever been to. I would rate higher than 5 if it was an option. My car had a flat tire and I needed it fixed immediately as I have no other source of transportation to work. I had my car towed here where I was met by the best front desk staff and staff member Logan. He was very kind and helped me fix my tire immediately without any issues. The tire change overall took less than 15 minutes and everything was handled with care and expertise. I recommend this place to anyone looking for car care.

As a household that has professional mechanics in it, we rarely need to go to a business to get car work done. However, when those mechanics are out of town, you need to find someone reliable. Recently we've used Expert Car Care twice. They were fast, helpful, and caring.

I’ve been coming here for 25+ years now and they’ve always been fair and honest with me. Over that time I’ve had Nissans, Chevys, GMCs, Audis, & Mercedes serviced. From routine maintenance to major repairs. Their quality of service is excellent and they truly stand by their work. My GMC is in for an oil change and alignment check today. 5 Stars again!!!

1st time coming here, after being referred to by my neighbor. Super friendly, honest people. Overheard a phone conversation with a customer telling them they ONLY needed a battery (called & checked the warranty) instead of the starter they thought they needed. Will DEFINITELY become a repeat customer!

for any car problems, i always come here, have been for years. even after moving to winter park, i make the drive for any maintenance or issues. the staff is great, always fit me in, and are flexible with my schedule. thanks!

Expert Car Care in Oviedo provides top notch service the old fashioned way: with integrity and honesty. They didn’t charge me for a diagnostic test because the engine light didn’t come on for them and the test didn’t turn up anything. Everywhere else one of my cars had a diagnostic test run that turned up nothing - I got charged for. On a separate occasion, one of my tires developed a leak. They patched it for free! That type of pre-1980s service is unimaginable in this greedy, inflated environment, but Expert Car Care is not out to rip you off. They want happy, return customers and happy new customers. I will gladly take my car and my family’s cars there should car service be needed in the future.

A great place. Earlier this year I noticed a huge nail in my tire and knew if I pulled it out I would have a flat immediately. I pulled into Expert Car Care and asked them to look at it. I waited about 2 minutes for a young man to come out, look at the tire, go back into the shop to get the supplies he needed. He pulled the nail, plugged it and put air in the tire. At no cost to me. It made my day. That is how you earn business!

I been to many shops over the years for many different car problems, and have to say this was by far the smoothest mechanic experience. Thanks to the crew at Expert Car Care for promptly diagnosing and fixing my A/C issue. Good quality mechanics who look out for the customer are hard to find these days, and these guys are definitely keepers. Hopefully it won't be anytime soon but I'll definitely bring my car back next time!!!

Excellent and fast service. I had a screw in my tire on my way to work. They took me immediately and got is fixed and back on the road. I have come here several times and have always been treated professionally and with courtesy.
