Publix Super Market at Shoppes At Sterling Creek

This is a new Publix, well maintained, and full of Thanksgiving pumpkins and holiday items. This public is huge, nice selection of roses, bakery items, and sandwiches at the Deli. Really nice customer service, especially Khalil at the deli. Great job.

I got to this publix often, it's always a good experience. Great location, good parking, one of the better Publix locations. The only complaint I'd have is that they don't have self checkout yet!

Very nice Publix. We recently moved to Live Oak Reserve and shop here regularly. The employees are all very friendly.

Checkout is always a pleasure. I go early Sunday mornings and staff is always helpful if I ever need help finding something.

The sweetest people work here. We were greeted multiple times by friendly faces.
I was asked if I needed help finding anything as I wandered the produce section.
When we checked out a buy one get one free was supposed to trigger but it didn’t. I forgot to look until after I paid. So we went over to customer service. Amber was amazing and fixed it quickly and was overly generous in her solution. Very very kind. I’ve been to LOTS of grocery stores and this is in the top 5 ever visited. Clean, organized, friendly, happy, and welcoming. Thank you for making it a papa rice experience.

All the cashiers and deli people are extremely personable and make sure you get fast service. There are always cashiers open and they are efficient and the baggers are so nice. Love this store. My only complaint is I wish their bakery section was bigger because I LOVE Publix desserts and they seem to always be out of certain baked goods that I like.

Publix is always great. If it’s not they make it great.

I was greeted by the gentleman, pushing the cart in the parking lot with green hair on Saint Pattys day, I was greeted by several people in the store and the checker. The parking lot at the store is probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen. This place is a fantastic job. Wish I had some of these up in Washington where I live live

So far so good. Employees are great, especially Engy in the pharmacy department, she has helped me out with my sugar when I was crashing to 60. I just wish that the baggers would be trained properly, like I was back in the day when I worked as a bagger. You don't put chemicals with produce?? I would rather bag my own stuff then to have it bagged wrong..

Another great experience: had Nick help me today 4/1/23 and I stated I forgot the eggs and he offered to go get them and then he assisted me to my car like he knew that’s what I needed or possibly remembered, but I was so appreciative because I think he already knows me from before. Love his attention to detail and when we speak walking to my car I can tell he’s very intelligent too. This guy should be a cashier by now in my opinion. Thanks Nick!!!

Recently had surgery on my foot and got special attention by Kyle who was so helpful to me and my 4 year old girl. He helped us from grabbing groceries we couldn’t grab, to helping me with my 4 year old girl and unloading our groceries to the car. He did it with a smile the whole time while keeping an eye on my rambunctious 4 yr old which isn’t a part of his job, but made it very helpful to me so I’m one pleased customer and can say I love my Publix store.

I had the pleasure of visiting the store on the first day they opened. What a crazy day. So many staff per customer quite a bit of Overkill as with any opening, yet everybody was genuinely nice and friendly. Fast forward to this evening on my second return. We had an amazing experience I'm so pleased to be able to share. The gentleman in the seafood area was able to make me a type of California roll not normally offered. In all seriousness I just needed something without avocado but all the rest of the ingredients. Much to my surprise the gentleman said no problem and made it in just a couple minutes just for me. He seemed quite happy to do that for me and just to be there in general. In the few moments it took him to make that the woman working with him was also very eager to help me and I purchased a few other items from her. When we got home and opened one of the seafood spread appetizers we realized it too seemed freshly-made just for us. The meat and vegetables we chose in those departments we're also above-par. I can't wait to visit again in the next week or two and see if the staff is still as upbeat and friendly as they have been in the first few weeks of opening. Not to mention how good the product is. This is my first review and I've never been so happy to actually do this, so here it is!
