Publix Super Market at University Palms Shopping Center

Always a pleasure at this location. They had an error on the item I purchased and honored their Publix promise despite my knowledge of it. Very hospitable management and staff. I called the deli ahead of time to inquire about a certain item to see whether it was available and was met with excellent customer service.

The cashier was Noah and a new manager that just transferred to the store. Both were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I love going to Publix. The staff and managers are always so nice and helpful. If you know how to look you’ll also find great deals and BOGO is always great. I highly recommend shopping at Publix. They treat you like VIPs, always!

This Publix is the model store for all grocery stores. I was a little stress for a very important visit from my baby girl, who has been hospitalized for 3 1/2 years all because of hospital errors. She was dropped after having surgery and became completely paralyzed, from neck down. After having another surgery at hospital she has loss of voice. She went in age 29, she is currently 32. She is currently still living in hospital because she needs acute care. Well, she was granted a pass for the first time to visit home. I invited family. I made a call to Publix to order party trays for the event. A young lady who goes by the name DJ, took my order. She was so polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all very, very, very patient with me. She recommended items she took her time to explain in details each item I wanted to order. I had her on the call about 1 hour, never did she become impatient with me. I think I would have hung up on myself! 😀 Not only did she give exceptional customer service, but her Supervisor in the Deli and the Assistant Store Manager, Ms Katie all made my day less stressful and more uplifting and satisfying. This store always greet you with a smile, the store is always clean and well stocked, and employees when asked where to find an item, never point where to go, but personally escort you to the item. The trays were prepared with love and gifts of love was sent to my daughter. She was so happy! Thank you Publix for going above and beyond! Thank you for treating me as if I was your family! Again, this store should be the model store for all stores! God Bless you all!🙏🏽❤

The day before Thanksgiving is stressful on anyone who's cooking or hosting. We needed several things. I ordered a crown roast a week in advance....check..it was ready, the price was accurate and it was super easy to pick up. I was that day old when I found out what a turnip looked like...thanks to one of the nice people working in produce! Again the produce team came to the rescue when they quickly ran out back to restock the fresh thyme & basil. Finally I was looking for a pan big enough to cook my giant roast in...and once again a gentleman stocking the shelves helped me make the right choice! Our shopping truly was a pleasure that day! Thank you University Palms employees...dinner was great, thanks to you!

This is a great Publix. Close to campus, easy grocery store for my Knight to get to. Super clean store, friendly staff.

Neighborhood grocery store. Always clean friendly and well-stocked. Fresh flowers are usually in good condition. Sushi is discounted on Wednesday. The deli and Cafe are great additions. Be sure to look for in store specials. I find BOGO stuff quite often.

Always nice and helpful customer service. I usually go here for the bogo deals that happen every so often. During the bogo deal is when I stack up in everything I need for a while. Subway subs are also one of the best subs in Florida. You can look up when the chicken tender pub sub is in sale. It’s my go to for beach, springs, or pool days.

The perfect Publix. The bakery is the best so cheap for so much and this is one of the few Publix’s I ever seen with a Chinese food station which is heavily underrated. People line up 15min for their exceptional subs but I can walk straight to the front and get a ton of general chicken and about 2 tons of fried rice and an egg roll for about $8. This amount of food would normally be around $14. Publix #1

Always exceptionally friendly service and great attitudes. I also love the layout of this store much more than the industrial look Publix is now adopting. I think this store has the best service. My favorite Publix!
