Best customer support anywhere! Had trouble deciding on paint colors - Melanie, Anthony and Topher all jumped in to help with custom colors and find the perfect one - they went above and beyond. So nice to have a store like this near, but would probably drive the extra miles to come to this store if it wasn't.

This is a great little hardware store. Well they don’t have everything a big box store would have they have great service the items they do have come in handy.

The staff was friendly was able to guide me to items I was looking for that I could not find. There’s a lot of tractors outdoor supplies and even items you wouldn’t think they might have.

Always five stars for me. This is my favorite Ace Hardware, I can always find what I need and the people are super helpful. I’ve been in here dozens of times and they are absolutely fantastic. Just this week I needed a portable Weber for our men’s group cookout and my favorite ace hardware had it in stock. My salmon turned out great and I was so happy that I could drive five minutes away and pick up what I need, and get some help. I just won’t understand any negative review with this Ace because they have never disappointed me. Keep up the great work team.

Asked an employee to drill a hole through my student id and they gladly did it for me🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I really appreciate it and recommend this spot. Great customer service

All hardware stores should carry the variety of homeowner products, have them this well organized and easy to find, and deliver this level of customer service as University Ace Hardware.

This week, I went by the Ace Hardware store in Oviedo to make a major purchase as a special gift for a loved one. It was very important that it be delivered on a specific date; Ace Hardware even offered FREE delivery and set up! The delivery driver never contacted me, so I reached out at 2pm on said delivery date. The store manager, Clayson, immediately reached out and said he would personally deliver it. AND HE DID, along with another young man. I will continue to use this local branch due to the service I received!

Bought the Big Green Egg XL and they delivered it on a Saturday when they said they would show. Super great people and very customer service friendly. Dan came out after the lid was not aligning properly and did a super fast job getting the alignment proper again with the top and bottom.

I was sent to this Ace on June 29th from the Avalon location, looking for a specific grill. There was a small snafu regarding product availability. But the manager, Dan, went out of his way to make it right for me for what I would call a "relatively minor inconvenience."

All I can say is WOW and thank you. Your kindness made my day and really entire weekend. I've already broken in my new grill with 3 racks of apple & pecan wood smoked ribs!

I definitely recommend folks come to this Ace as it's clear that the business really values their customers!

I stopped in today and needed some bolts for some components on my truck, and I walked up to the manager and said “I usually take about 30minutes to find the bolts I need” and he got a dude named Ben to help me and Ben took me right to all the nuts and bolts I needed and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. Great work guys, also thanks for sporting all the UCF stuff, we love to see companies tagging along with “Orlando’s hometown team”.

Three years later and this store is still awesome! New store manager Clayson and his team are great! We always enjoy our visits here!

Great store and great customer service. Manager Clayson Richmond was by far the reason I will return and make future purchases at this store. I purchased a Weber Genesis Grill at his location and he helped me out through the entire process and even fixed an issue with my rewards points over the phone so I didn’t have to go back to the store. I do hope he will get the recognition he deserves for providing great customer service! Thanks again.

Andree and Topher were extremely helpful during my first visit this location, they were able to answer all my questions and I couldn’t have asked for better associates, also Sherly was nice and friendly while I was at the check out. Overall I will definitely be shopping here when I need to.

A clean orderly store with friendly and helpful staff. They had the odd bolts I was looking for and they were reasonably-priced. The check out process was really smooth even though I have an extra step required to make payment.

I love going to ACE. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores but their customer service is way better. They also have Meat Church seasonings, which I use for BBQ exclusively so I can always just run over when I’m out. This location is clean, stocked, and knowledgeable.

Extraordinary service! What an awesome store. To our shame today was our first time in this Ace Hardware. We have been looking at grills for some time, especially the Weber Grills. Clayson was super helpful. . . .knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional - this quality of service is sorely lacking in most stores. We did buy a grill. Clayson was awesome. Also, Sherly was delightful. And it's a neat, clear, well organized store. We'll be back!

I was holding my toddler and the nice woman behind the counter offered and helped me load heavy cases of water into a cart and then offered to help me to my car. They were fully stocked with hurricane supplies and very friendly and helpful.

First of all, must say this is by far one of the nicest Ace hardware stores I have been to. Spacious and clean. The customer service is great. The cashiers are always very nice. The floor associates are very knowledgeable. There is one floor associate Leslie who is very attentive and really goes above and beyond. Every time I go in she will literally spend so much time with me just to make sure I walk out with all my needs. Management really needs to reward her. Thank you guys for the awesome work!

Went in today to get a gallon of paint to match a sample from another ace hardware and after two tries the paint kept coming out grey as opposed to a dark brown. I was beyond frustrated but Caleb took the time to do some math and figure out exactly what he needed to do to get us the color we have been looking for for over a week! Caleb took over an hour of his time to help us and he was so patient and kind which turned my day around! I will definitely make this Ace My store of choice from now on! Thanks again Caleb!

I visited this ACE today for the first time and was so impressed by the care and attention Valerie gave me in the nursery! I’ve never experienced such wonderful service! She was so helpful in guiding me. She took a genuine interest in my experience, selection and success of my plants! Thanks Valerie, I’ll be skipping other nurseries and making the drive there now!
