Had a great experience at Verizon Casselberry location! Matthew Labrador is an exceptional sales rep and was very informative and helped me every step of the way. He was nice enough to break down my bill and see what my best options were. So happy about my brand new iPhone 15 pro max!

I received solid guidance from Rob Collins (at the Casselberry Cellular sales store) about the best plan for my needs/budget, and an available promotion which made me eligible for a new iPhone. I was very grateful since I am retired with limited income.
Rob also made himself readily available when follow-up assistance was needed, and was quick to resolve an unexpected billing issue. Would highly recommend!

Went to store right before closing and they not only still took me in they also fixed the issue with my phone that led to it being after hours which was awesome and really appreciated. Thats great customer service and still receive check up calls to make sure I am good and if I need anything else. Best experience and store I ever went to! A +

My New Favorite Verizon Store ! Came in with a SIM card issue and found out I can save $1600 and upgrade my families phones. Reps worked together to transfer my phones and apply accessaries for me. Absolutely was taken care of here. Will be coming back next time! Thank you guys

I went on a Sunday thinking of potentially upgrading my phone. I held on to my S8 for a long time. I was greeted by a knowledgeable consultant Devon. We went over the plans and trade in options. Was also able to help transfer my files which made the upgrade seamless. I have had Verizon for many years and I dont plan to switch anytime soon. I am pleased with the experience and my new S22. Secondary update: Michael has also helped out with my account. Has also gone above & beyond. Visit this store!

I had an excellent experience at the Casselberry store. The salesman Abraham was amazing! My phone was not keeping its charge. He did
tests and discovered I was using the wrong charger and cord. Excellent customer service and patience. I knew the minute he opened the door for me, I had the best person. He needs to train others to be like him and I will definitely use him when I need a new phone.
