Surprisingly good.

Moved to Lee Country. Needed to update both my car tags.

I called ahead to see what I needed, and the representative informed me that all I needed was a license with a Lee County address on it.

I explained that I did not have a Lee Country address on my license as I just moved, and she informed me to just change my address on the dds.ga.gov website and bring the confirmation page with me.

When I arrived, it went very smooth. I provided my drivers license, change of address form, and my two insurance cards. Paid for my tags, and was out.

Staff was very kind, very professional, and knew what they were talking about. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes during a lunch break.

This is the second year since moving to Leesburg, GA that I have dealt with the Lee County Tag Office from renewing our tags to buying speciality tags, etc. and I would like to bring recognition to how very knowledgeable, kind, courteous your employees are. They were trained well and the customer service skills were excellent

I'm new to Lee County Georgia... I must of have been lucky when I pulled up to the tag office because I was the only customer there. Brianna helped me with my new tags transfer. She was very nice and friendly. Everything went smoothly and I was gone in 15 minutes. There were several people in line when I left.

I have dealt with the tag office the past two days. The first day was dealing over the phone. I was told that due to other customers, I could not be helped over the phone. I thought I would be treated as a customer over the phone or in person. That did not go well with me. I did end up going in and at that point the customer service was somewhat better.

The next day we came in to get some title work done, the woman was very nice and explained things in detail. There is a huge fee attached to pay by card, so beware and make sure to bring cash. It is so important to explain to people in detail. Many people don't understand the steps and with a little dedication and care, employees working here could make a huge impact on creating a less stressful environment.

Some are not that friendly and most of them never smile. Not sure if they were having a bad day or they don't like their job or don't like working with the public. The very young female maybe late teens or early 20s working in there I had friday. She was sweet, friendly and fast.

Sometimes good service sometimes rude employees. They are often nicer in person than on the phone.

It smelt like cheese

Y’all really need to redo yawls open and closed days and hours because I just drove 45 minutes out here to finish up some title stuff for a vehicle $20 worth of gas later y’all aren’t and now I don’t know what to do.

If you need help go to Paula Virts. Out of the 3 women she was the ONLY one that knew her job well. I couldn’t even move forward until I went to her window. Smh those other women should be let go. Tags, titles, and registration is important and they (the other two women) are a reflection of the city. Horrible reflection with the perception of no knowledge of their jobs.

They talked down to me and acted proud of it. Even said in front of the tax commissioner. " I was the one you talked to." As if nothing would happen to her. I know I won't vote for Susan F. Smith next election. Entitled white woman are the worst if you're not in their group they don't care.

These girls think that their 12 dollars an hour give them the right to talk down to people to be completely worthless. They will NOT gonna help you for nothing so good luck ! Good thing this is a small town and now or later you will see them

A young lady waited on me today 11-27-18 she was very rude & made me feel as if I was an idiot simply because I asked her a question because she wasn't clear !! People should not work in customer service if they don't have patience & common courtesy!!
