Went here to get copies of house keys made. One didn't work, when I came back, they made it right, and gave me an extra key for my troubles. Very nice, friendly people.

I love having this huge Hardware store so Close to home. I can almost always find everything I'm looking for here , such a time saver then having to go all the way into to Albany. The people here are just as great! Very helpful and nice

Everything I have needed in paint or hardware, I can get at Griffins. Everyone there is helpful. Never have I ever had bad service. Would recommend Griffins to any body.
