AT&T Store

I am very pleased with this location. I switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T yesterday, and upgraded my iPhone! It was a pleasure working with Jason & Chris. They made the process so easy, and now I have better service and a brand new iPhone! :) If you are in the area, stop in! They always have specials and promos going on and can probably help you out without knowing you needed it!

I went here to get on there prepaid phone plan. There was just myself and the employee. This young lady was awesome. She knew her stuff. She got my new phone up and running, I kept my phone number, and got on the perfect plan for me. She was alone but was able to take care myself and others that stopped in. Very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased. I have had bad experiences at this store in the past so I'd say it's a hit or miss here. Depends on who's working that day.

Tiffany, who has been working at this location for over seven years is an awesome representative of AT&T. She has given me excellent customer service and technical support during her tenure here. I have tremendous respect for young people like Tiffany who have a work ethic and loyalty to the companies they work with. A rarity in the world today. I recommend The AT&T Store in Blue Ridge, GA to anyone seeking the best in the mobile universe!

Tiffany is awesome. So helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Too care of our stuff fast and on point. I can honestly say I’ve never thought when leaving an ATT store “well that was great” until now.

Tiffany needs a raise. She is the best sales person I have ever met at getting things done and accommodating every person. Great team player always helping her staff and the people around her. Helping is what she does best.

Randomly stopped at this store because I was in the area, and I had been looking for LG phones but no one had them in stock ANYWHERE. Well, they had what I wanted here, and great service to boot. Deanna ended up saving me a ton of money and got me taken care of quite quickly.

Stopped at the Blue Ridge store yesterday to have 4 lines transferred from 2 other carriers. Thought the process was going to be a pain, lengthy and complicated. To my surprise it couldn't have been easier. Thanks to "Tiffany". Very professional, patient, and kind. Can't tell ya about her smile because of he being covid compliant. "You ROCK TIFFANY"

Amazing service and knowledge. Our hotspot had been stolen during a burgulary and we were trying to activate the replacement. Seems simple? Started calling ATT (NO)Customer service at 9:30 am and by 4:30 had spoken to 9 people and no one could help from tech support to retention help. So frustrating as we needed to turn on the newly installed security system that needed the access. Went into this store and got immediate help and in less than 30 minutes had it working. She was wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable. Can't say enough GREAT things about this young lady and store. (I'll update with her name once found).

Definitely will be continuing to visit this location. Christian was so helpful with setting up our new accounts and recommending us the perfect phones. He also helped us set up a direct tv stream account. Awesome service as always.

I was dreading the hassle of getting a new phone, but Tiffany made it fast and easy. She demonstrated the new features of the phone, made sure everything from my old phone was installed on the new one, recommended and installed a new cover—she took care of evertything. It was a great experience.

Tiffany at the ellijay location was absolutely amazing!! She helped me one more than one occasion....in the same day ...to help resolve my issue, walk me through step by step the warranty/replacement process and arranging pickup/transfer of my new device, screen protector & otter box....which were at 3 different locations. She helped streamline the transfer process from my existing plan to the first responder/first net network. She even called the blue ridge location to make sure it was as set up (since she wouldnt be there herself). Casey at the blue ridge location followed through with Tiffany's level of high quality customer service!!

I've been into At&t many times and DeAnna has always been a fantastic help for me and my family! Very professional and always guiding me in the right direction. I would recommend her for all of your business needs. Thank you DeAnna I will be back soon.

They've always been helpful when it comes to starting new service. However, this location is an AT&T 'Authorized Dealer'. Not an AT&T owned and operated store. So, there have been a couple questions they weren't able to answer or account changes they didn't have the access to make. Otherwise, they're nice folks.

Candace King is great to work with. This is the second time she has helped us upgrade. She is super nice and helpful. The Blue Ridge store is a great place to visit. Excellent experience.
