For my time going to a hot topic I would say it went well. Amazing service, really helpful. I had to resize the garment I bought, but I'm used to that

Saturday, February 18th: I went to this location, originally was browsing through until I came across a Sonic trio graphic tee (I wish I could impulse buy any graphic tees that might interest me in wanting to try wear for a change whether in store or any selections on their site with gift cards). Anyway, Krista checked me out and was very nice to sign me up for me to get any upcoming details on whatever sales they advertise. I like how you accept cash besides credit and/or debit cards!

I visited the store today, and spotted a tshirt I wanted but couldn't find the right size. I approached the young lady, Stephanie, at the counter; she was able to assist me in ordering the right size on the Hot Topic site, and she created an account for me, ensuring the item would be shipped to my home. I was very impressed by her professionalism and efficiency to complete the order, and her friendliness! 😊

It is certainly not the Hot Topic I grew up with but it's still nice to go into now and then. I enjoy the tee shirt collections to choose from. Occasionally they have movie memorabilia I like to choose from. The staff at the Hot Topic in Bay Park Mall are always nice and friendly. Honestly it's just nice to visit a place from my past from time to time.

Always a fun place to shop. Staff is helpful. Just a bit pricey, but for special items it's worth it.

Nice little store with plenty of fashion choices when it comes to T-shirts ad well as a selection of some anime stuff and other unique items that you may only find in there stores, definitely worth a look!

It's always a great visit to Hot Topic. There's so many things to see. That's why it's been my favorite store for so many years. The staff is friendly and beyond helpful (especially @ the Green Bay location). I just love them!!!❤❤❤❤

Good emo, goth and punk apparel, though the hoodies are very overpriced. Shop clearance if you're on a budget. Rewards program is 100% worth it too if you shop there even just once a month or less.

This was a pretty nice place. I bought a lot of things there like t shirts and stuff. I really like the music (not really it is creepy) but I think you should play more Twenty One Pilots there or else I will cry and eat all of your t shirts and Totoro items and smash all of the makeup and run out if the store with me yelling "Y'all don't have a good taste of music" and cry and run to a chicken wing store and eat all of the chicken wings and then cry because I got sauce on my shirt so then I will go back to the mall and go to Hot Topic and buy a Spirited Away shirt and forgive you. But yeah. 5 stars.

Nice stuff - trendy. Helpful staff. The rewards program is nice.. but we'd shop there even without it. We don't leave the mall without checking out Hot Topic.

I just really love the store. It's one of my absolute favorites. I recommend checking out the website. If you haven't already.

They have EVERYTHING there most fandoms. They have stuff ranging from cloths to earnings and plushies. They have really great staff on hand that are always willing to help you find what your looking for. They have prices that you can easily afford and that you can get reward points. The tee shirts that I get from there always fit and feel very soft I really recommend this place to anyone who like a TV show that has merch, or an amine or just a favorite series.

Love shopping here. There are tons of cool t-shirts , gag gifts, jewelry for your piercings . Lots of hats and belts . You can find something for anyone here .

In the words of my 12 year old daughter, "It's the perfect store for edgy teenagers.". There's a good selection of unique gothic/emo clothing. We got a really good deal on t-shirts. My daughter got 3 shirts. One ended up being free. In the end, we probably paid less than half of what the regular retail was. Then we got Ruebucks to spend in the coming weeks. The employees will even call you to remind you to spend them before they expire.

My daughter lives in the t shirts we get there. She even has her own account. Fun place to go to. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
