Country Auto Repair

We've been taking our cars into Troy at Country Auto for a few years now and we are always happy with the work. Work gets done and comes in on budget and Troy has never tried selling us something we don't need. I used to dread dealing with car repairs and while Troy can't make the pain go away entirely, I know I'm going to get the job done right at a reasonable cost.

Troy at Country Auto Repair was extremely helpful! We called with a tire repair question while still on the road and we were able to drop by and have them assess the problem right away! He was very helpful and thorough in his work figuring out what the issue was!

My radiator blew yesterday and I limped into a gas station in Sherwood, WI. I asked the station staff if they knew any good local mechanics and I was given Country Auto's number. I called and spoke to Troy and within minutes he was at the gas station trying to figure out how he could help me. He gave me my options including a short term fix to get back to my home town and have it repaired by my local mechanic. I asked him if he could simply do the repair and he said he could and would make me a priority given that I was from out of town and needed it completed asap. Troy was absolutely fantastic and had my radiator replaced and most importantly me back on the road in a little over an hour. His charges were very fair as well. I told Troy that despite my distance, I'm seriously considering bring all my vehicles to him for repair! He of course laughed at that remark. I recommend Country Auto Repair without hesitation!!

Troy is not only a great mechanic, he is also one of the nicest and honest people out there! Exceptional service at a great price, will not try to sell you parts you don't need. I would highly recommend him and his shop!

The young gentleman at Country Auto Repair answered my call pleasantly and reassuringly telling me he would get me back on my way. I limped into town with a flat tire and my Highlander filled with bags of gardening materials which he willingly moved around to get at the tire release. He came prepared with jack and power wrench. I was 40 miles from home. He apparently dropped whatever he was doing to come to my aid within minutes. He definitely was a God send! I'm sorry I didn't get his name but believe he is the owner. He was only interested in my welfare not wanting to take anything for his service. Even had me drive over to his shop to check the air in the spare along with all the other tires. I left with smile and a feeling there still are the kind, caring Wisconsinites we've all strived to be. Thank you again, sir!

Troy is very kind. I felt respected and taken care of in his shop. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of in his shop, nor did I have any extraneous charges on my bill. I will return for future automotive services.

Troy was able to help me get a replacement battery for my car, even though he didnt have any, but got some delivered to his shop. Hes become my go to shop from now on.

Troy is the most honest, knowledgeable, mechanic that you will find. He will never over charge you or tell you to fix something you don’t need. I would never go to someone else. He is a rare find in auto repair.

Great service. Was in for a reseal on a windshield. The techs determined the windshield did not need resealing, but rather the roof rack was leaking. Instead of resealon anyways the took the time to pull the rack and reseal those instead of the windshield. Would definitely recommend for service.

Troy and the other mechanics are great. Been very honest with us and fair prices. This will always be our first choice. Thanks guys!
