I went today & got some shoes. While I was trying them on both employees (black girl and white guy) went to the back (I’m guessing on break) & I was ready to get checked out & they stayed in the back watching videos and laughing for about ten-twenty minutes. One finally came up there and was slow checking out. Selection is great but the employees working there as of rn need to get replaced or learn to leave an employee in the front. You don’t both go on break with customers in the store. Common sense. They know they wouldn’t want to be treated like that

I usually don't shop at Shoe Show or their sister store Shoe Department, but I stopped at the location in New Albany, MS last night and the location in Pontotoc, MS today. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told by both locations that they don't offer public restrooms because the customers mess up their restrooms, and they have to clean them. I was also told at both locations to go to other surrounding businesses to use the restroom. I have a problem with spending my money at a business that the manager and employees refuse to let customers use the restroom because they don't want to clean restrooms after customers use them! I spend my money at the businesses that respect me and other customers enough to let us use their restroom because were building their revenue!!!!!
