Literally my favorite small shop! Karley and Ms. Cindy are simply the best as well as everyone else that works there! True Blue loves their customers with their whole heart and shows it! I have shopped at True Blue since the day the day they opened and never had a bad experience. Truly wonderful friends & if you have a problem with something surely will take care of it. Also Cindy & Karley will be very honest about if something looks good on you or not and that is what you want when you are buying something new. I get lots of compliments on everything that I purchase here. Great place to shop and they have really cute things. They are always 5 star with customer service too.. Love my friends at True Blue.

Cindy and Karley go above and beyond to make your shopping experience fun. Their lives allow you to see the clothing on different body types which is so helpful especially for plus size women like me. They keep new inventory coming every week, get orders ready super quickly, and always meet you with a smile! So many days my entire wardrobe including shoes is True Blue! Love!!

I love shopping at True Blue! My favorite is watching their Tuesday trends! I typically find something I like each week! They are always doing little giveaways which is fun! True Blue Boutique is an awesome place to shop! Cute clothes and accessories, great quality, wonderful customer service...not to mention the care and attention of the most wonderful ladies!! Cindy and Karley have never seen me in person yet they know my likes, and dislikes. They truly go above and beyond to make my shopping experience exciting. I’m so excited to receive my packages and I love that they add little notes in there. If I’m not happy with an item I can pick up the phone and call and they tell me how to do my return. I love shopping their live sales because they make it so much fun.

Lovely boutique with great customer service and stylish fashions! The staff is truly dedicated to helping you find just the right outfit to make you feel beautiful and confident. They don't try to sell you clothes that won't make you look your best! I really value their opinions and fashion tips. They are more than just salespeople. They are friends and neighbors that care about their customers and their community.

I have shopped at True Blue since they opened. I love this store and it's owners. They are always eager to help with whatever my needs are. I have shopped with them for my son's wedding, my youngest son's graduation, and even my father's funeral. They have been there for me through so many of my life experiences and have always come through in helping me with the perfect outfit. They have helped me with last minute gifts and even hand sanitizer for the ladies in my office when this pandemic started. They are the best!!!! I first visited True Blue Boutique with my daughter to see their Ronaldo Jewelry Collection. Little did I know I would meet one of the most genuine and kind business owners ever. Cindy and her daughters are simply amazing. Every visit is a wonderful experience. If you are ever in the area stop by for the shopping experience of a lifetime!

I recently went by to buy an anniversary gift for my wife. This is an amazing store for several reasons:
1) The staff really took the time to get to know me and asked about my wife to help me pick out a great gift. You could tell they were not just trying to make a sale, they just genuinely cared
2) they carried very nice brands at very reasonable prices. I quickly noticed several brand names that I hear my wife talking about all the time.
3) they were able to custom order a Renaldo bracelet and earrings for me even though they were not ones that they normally carry. They also gave me to option of picking it up in store or gift wrapping it and having it mailed to me.

It can be awkward going some places and trying to shop for a gift for your wife, but these ladies made me feel comfortable and helped me pick out something that my wife loved!

Just want everyone to know if you haven’t shopped at True Blue Boutique in Pontotoc Mississippi you have missed out on a treat and a blessing. I have shopped with them for years now. The staff is so nice and so sweet. Not to mention so fashionable. The prices are very good and very reasonable. Cindy and Staff has a wealth of information of how to dress every body type. They will help you in anyway they can. I absolutely love them. Hands down best ever!!!
