The selection of formal dresses is the best around. I know from experience they will accommodate their customers even when it’s outside of their business hours. If there is a problem someone is always available to come to the customer and take care of it regardless of the time of day/night. They are the best at customer service.

I have known the owner since we were kids and she has not only a gorgeous, hand selected, one of a kind inventory of formal dresses, she has the experience and knowledge to back it up. She’d do anything to help her customers feel beautiful and empowered for their proms and pageants! Love Petals and Lace and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things. Great selection of gowns and dresses! Alway friendly and welcoming at this shop. If you don’t immediately find what you want they can help you create a custom gown with several designers. We have also gotten several spray tans from here and we have won our pageants after each one! They also offer coaching and pageant consulting!

We LOVE this place. Margret helped us with my daughters first pageant dress! At the time she was 10 months old. Not once did she seem irritated or rush us! She actually came in on a day they were closed JUST to help us! If you have a little princess you know fittings can be hectic on momma! We tried on 5 dresses and 1 twice! Margret was so eager to help get these on and off and hold my daughter so I could take a look from a step back! Let me say this again...ALL OF THIS WAS ON A DAY SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OFF! We will never go any place else. #forevercustomers

The new location at 12 W. Marion St. is STUNNING!!! She has one of the largest selections of Johnathan Kayne dresses that I have seen. Many dresses within the store are custom dresses so you never have to worry about going to a pageant and seeing someone else same dress. A truly priceless gem found off the square in Pontotoc, MS.

My daughter's event was rescheduled suddenly because of Covid 19. She needed a dress pronto. Petals & Lace Formal Fashion was able to help her find the perfect dress with no alternations needed. We will definitely shop with them again. Thanks Margaret!
