I'm a former patient I remember many good things above Millcreek of pontotoc and Starkville they really helped me I hope things are going amazing I'm sure things are different since covid but Millcreek really and truly helped me I'm 27 so I'm talking early 2000's lol

There’s really nothing to share other than the day treatment program at the other location is great.

If I could give this place a -0 I would! They don’t deserve one star! Worst place and should be investigated and shut down. My granddaughter was covered in bruises from her throat on down when we got her out of that nightmare place. Do not take your kids to that horrible place!

This is the worst place, don't send your kid there. They all lie there. They say certain nights you can talk to your kid but that don't happen much. They curse the kids. They give your kid medicine without your approval. You send your kid there to get better not to be abused. They don't even do therapy with the family. Your kid has a scar on their face but the staff doesn't have the decency to call the parents when your kid gets hurt. So let me remind you one last time that this is not the place to take your kid to.

we had planned to visit someone up there for a week. we called up there this morning before we made the 3 hour trip to make sure that it was still ok for us to come down today. the lady who answered the phone said yes and that she would let the therapist know. we get there and they tell us that they are under lockdown due to positive cases of covid. mind you, they’ve been in lockdown since the day before we came down, but for some reason didn’t think it was important to tell us before we wasted gas and time. the staff also didn’t seem to care that they had messed up and offered a lousy apology.

Hey, Milcreek. A month ago, my husband had an interview with you about a behavioral specialist job. You said the job was as good as his. He calls you back and you say you had to set up orientation. He calls yesterday: orientation is Monday. Then we get a call saying you rescind the offer because of a stupid misdemeanor arrest that was years old and never convicted. When he turned in the background check, you said as long it wasn’t a felony, it was ok. Why don’t you put up: “Anyone who has a arrest that did NOT result in a conviction don’t bother applying because you still won’t get the job.”

I was overmedicated and treated horribly and made to believe that I would not be able be anything in life

Worst facility ever do not send your child or loved one there they will be cussed at and miss treated and made worse and when a complaint is made nothing will be done just swept under the rug and no one held responsible and retribution will occur no matter what they say
