Great program for counseling and soda and cpop counseling with a case worker for any of my needs or concerns they provide great feed back and resources and they actually seem to care and are attentive to what I express and tell them I need and need help eith. 100 percent satisfied and the comfort level is amazing with all the people I have and do still meet with. All around great experience and I have zero complaints or issues. Would highly recommend if needed

Watch out for you

They hired some new counselors who are very dedicated to helping people and getting them to a healthier, happier, place in their lives and the tools to continue on that path.

Receptionist is very rude!!

I have had two experiences with their services. First experience was nothing like this last one. Hence why we went back.
Be aware and understand their policies before scheduling with them. Miss a virtual appointment and you're charged $100, tried calling and explaining and there was zero compasion or understanding. Terrible business ethic and we won't be returning. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of scheduling, hoping to help someone else before they make the same mistake we did.

The worst waste of time ever. They get all their forced participants funneled in by the DOC as an alternative to jail. Yet the counselors love to force their victims to beg to remain in the program if you don't drink the kool aid. The happiest day of my life was when I was kicked out because my man questioned their metrics at family day. Thanks sweetie! ♡♡ avoid this place at all costs if possible.

This is a constitutionaly munipulitive program.This program is completely controlled by the offenders probation and parole agen. not only are you forced to partake in this program thru fear of revocation or other bullying tactics the agent may use but the agent also picks and decides when you get tested and the agent also can prolong the program for however long they see fit. Not only do i think this program is a scape goat for the agent/goverment to do what they want for as long as they want without consequences or following guidelines as far forcing people into an open ended monitering program due to the fact that OTP is ran by a private firm that there is no information on besides the basic pedigree info any 12 could make on a website but i also feel they are on a constitutional standpoint a violation of what little rights have left. I personally have had no negative experiences there so this is not a vindictive rant,rather a constitutional concern.I hope people will always and forever ask auestions how else will we know if our rights are being impeeded on. I personally went and tried to speak with these people for more information as far as guidelines and who the people in charge where and all i recieved was the counsler cards and a very stadoffish attitude from them. they also tried to get my name and told me they are not required to give any information out due to the fact that they are a private sector and because they do not work for the goverment but are merrily outsourced thru the probation and parole branch. Well to me thats working for the goverment despite any word play you chose to inact.

Meat market for billing insurance companies. Classic example of a facility taking advantage of area school districts and other government agencies. $$$ Place is a cluster, communication with parents is poor, management and structure is dysfunctional, zero security. Place is desperately in need of an individual with operations management experience.

In all honesty, it blows my mind that this facility is licensed by the the state, to function as a “treatment facility” for chemical dependency and other mental health issues. Who in the world oversees and condones this type of facility is the real question...
