Pleasantly surprised that they were able to not only get my vehicle worked in a few days early but got it repaired a week earlier than quoted! They also noticed another problem that needed fixed I wasn’t even aware of. They definitely went above and beyond in my opinion. Great experience all the way around.

I was RVing through the area and suddenly received several warning lights on my 2021 F150. I called LUV Ford and explained the problems. They were able to get me in immediately. They fixed the issue and put me back on the road in a couple of hours. Great people! Great service! Can not recommend them enough. Thank you!!!

I needed tires badly. I stopped by Luv Ford for a quote. My fiancé asked me to check the prices with the place up the road. I called them and got a price over the phone for their suggested tires. They said if I wanted the exact same tires that were on my truck to stop by so they could see them. They did not want to take my word for it. When I got there they said my tires (factory tires) were junk and that they don’t last. Mind you they had 105,000 miles on them. I had a bolt in one or I would have waited until winter to replace them. They were not bald! The owner would not even look at me and spoke rudely to me and raises the price of their recommended tires by $100 per tire!

Needless to say I went back to Luv Ford! They worked with me to find exactly the right tires for me. They treated me with respect and had my tires in a timely manner. Everyone there is so friendly! Best of all they had a better price. To top it iff they washed my dusty dirt road truck!
